Excellent breakfast. Great location for getting to central Paris, and Disneyland. Numerous restaurants and bars nearby. Personally, I found the pillows slightly uncomfortable but that would be very difficult to get right for every guest.

Gar nicht Alles The rooms were small and tight, the air conditioning is not working properly and I told them more than three times about it. I was sweating the whole time that I stayed there . I have to open the doors and windows to get some air. The toilet was so dirty and full with a dark purple coloured with a heavy smell . The breakfast wasn’t impressive but it was manageable. The worst situation was the fire alarm that went on around 2am, and we were all on the cold till around 4am before we were ask to sit in the reception centre and later around 5am , we were ask to go to our rooms on our own risk . No police officers for emergency came , no fire fighter or any government approved personnel to check the situation. They were trying to repair the damage themselves

Friendly staff. Cool during the heatwave. Great location. Very comfortable for sleeping, quiet and with blackout blinds. Views over Paris! Not an easy fix, but the windows had become cloudy between the double glazing - which was a shame because the views were great!

Good location. No aircon, dirty dishes at breakfast, staff laughed when I asked if something could be done about the aircon in our room during the heatwave… To make matters worse the handles on the windows had been broken off so we couldn’t even open the windows at night. The floor we stayed on smelled very badly of human excrement. Everything is tired and in disrepairz

Bercy Village is a nice little spot in the middle of Bercy and the bustling Metropolitan. There is no souvenir shop.

Perfect location, huge comfortable bed one of the best, Shops and restaurants close by. Fantastic bathroom, good working WiFi. Not enough room between the end of the bed and the on wall TV, caught my arm on a few occasions.

Check-in was delayed because they couldn't find my booking reservation. They wanted to charge me again. I showed them all the receipts and explained that I only needed to pay the city tax. I paid the tax, but at check-out they tried to charge me the same tax again. I don't think the fault lies with the staff. It seemed to me like a hotel system error or disorganization.
