I can’t say I liked anything at all unfortunately. We were told we had the largest room available, but with three people and three large suitcases, the space was far too small. There wasn’t even enough floor space to fully open a single suitcase, making it very difficult to unpack or access our belongings. I asked if we could move to a larger room, but was told this was the biggest one they had. If you’re looking for a room and have space to access your belongings this is not the place. Our experience started off on the wrong foot. After arriving with three large suitcases, we were met with stairs at the entrance, which made getting our luggage inside difficult. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or welcoming, which only added to our disappointment. The breakfast was also very underwhelming. The quality and selection did not justify the price we paid, and it left us disappointed. To make matters worse, when we checked out, we were asked to pay the city tax again even though we had already paid it upon arrival. Overall, the room size, lack of hospitality, poor breakfast, and confusion over the city tax made this a disappointing stay. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.

Way too expensive for what it is, didn't like that you had to pay to store your luggage or that the staff dont to offer to help you with that. Overall the staff are very rude and aloof and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

The location was great. Plenty of public transportation options for exploring the city. There are also a lot of restaurants and cafes to explore in the area. The hotel was very modern, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good with lots of buffet style options. There were also free warm drinks like tea and coffee after 12:00 pm. I really enjoyed it. Would stay again and highly recommend it. The staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming, but I guess it was just a busy period with a lot of guests.

Excellent location and a beautifully maintained hotel. The breakfast offering seemed a bit overpriced for what was available. If we had more than 1 night or were traveling onwards in the evening, we’d go to one of the many cafes around.
