They have a clean and nice breakfast but only if it's already included it makes no sense to pay for it there. Had room on 6th floor but the elevator broke for a whole week and we had to walk up. also the rooms have carpets and they are not fully cleened you can see stains all over and around the walls.

Świeże, przyjemne i spójne wykończenie wnętrz. Przestronny pokój. Ładny widok z okna na kamienice. Pomocna obsługa. Dobre śniadania z wyciskanymi sokami z pomarańczy. Komfortowe lobby 24h z napojami i wypiekami na duży plus. Brak uwag.

Nice clear room. Breakfast was with omlet, sousage and some choise from salads. two or three choise from backeries. All was good.

size of room and bed & price

Room was cozy and clean and breakfast was very good.
-
Breakfast The room is so small, specially the bathroom.
-
Clean and kind staff

The reception staff were very friendly. The subway was very close We didn't know that on non-holiday days breakfast was served until 10am, and when we arrived for breakfast, even though it was there, we didn't feel comfortable because there was murmuring among the workers, and Dalton lacked a little friendliness.

the room and bathroom are small and some noise during the night .
-
Nothing. I could not get through the doors of the room and the lift literally! The staff could be friendlier.
-
Supermarket and restaurants nearby, 10 minutes walkable distance to metro station, Far from downtown, room was very tiny and congested, there is no wardrobe and locker available in this property

Breakfast was very good and wifi was efficient. Rooms are refurbished and clean. Just 150 m walk from the closest metro station (Crimée). There was unfortunately a problem with the heating system and the first night was spent with quite a low temperature in the room. Windows were not soundproof so there was noise coming in from the road. As well in the corridor, doors were slammed by other guests so it was quite noisy also from inside.

The room was clean and sound-proof. The mattress was comfortable. Clearly the hotel has been recently renovated. The staff was very helpful and kind, they replied to my request asking for a quiet room and I was given a room which was not facing the street. The breakfast is available from 6am even during weekends (Quite rare in Paris, this was very helpful as I needed to eat at 6am), free water available for refill in the reception area. The location is quite strategic, not too far from RER B and Gare du Nord-La Chapelle but less noisy and chaotic. The connection to CDG Airport is therefore quite convenient and seamless. And there is also a subway station a few hundred meters away, that can take you in 20-25 minutes to the Jardin des Tuileries and Louvre area. While the 19th district is not as glamorous as some other Parisian districts, it still feels like an upgrade compared to the 18th. I did not see homeless people or tents of refugees. I felt safe walking in the neighborhood. There were also some supermarkets nearby. The room was a bit empty in terms of furniture, the breakfast had different options and variety but some specific things were missing (vegetables, rice). The room was a bit small, but I also know this is quite standard in Paris.

Interesting location, good value for money, excellent buffet breakfast, wonderful receptionists. Easy access to metro and buses. Walking distance to the Canal. The district is a bit run-down and the supermarket opposite the hotel is very basic.

Good value for money

I would like to thank Omar @ reception for his excellent customer service. The breakfast staff was good, however the food option are less.

Oh my God to be honest this hotel was the worst, the only good thing i can say about the hotel is they gave complimentary water at the reception and that the staff really tried their best to ensure we were happy after the awful experience my family and i had. We booked 2 rooms, the 1st one had a leaking AC, like actual streams of water pouring out of the AC and when we complained they said they couldn't do anything but they will change the room. they ended up changing it to room where there was no electricity for some reason. Then the 2nd room somehow locked us out, the key cards weren't working and hotel master key wasn't working we stayed out of the room with our food and chargers stuck inside the room for about 4 hours, they had to manually break the door open and when we asked for a refund or for some form of compensation no one said anything. it was truly a harrowing experience

The styling of the room. Small corridors, no more hot water in the shower at the second day, all the difference items were not out at the same time for breakfast ( eggs & bacon ) took too long. Milk was not cold, juices were all room temperature.

Great location in Paris, nice staff! The breakfast can be better, was so hard to find eggs, And these were usually cold!
