The staff were excellent and the hotel itself is 3rd after ritz, and hotel de crillion in terms of luxury and grandeur in central paris. Breakfast is serviced by Cafe de la paix which was excellent. Room comfort was excellent. I had booked via booking.com, for some reason that placed me lower down the chain, because when we arrived we were told the hotel was hosting delegates and our room (opera facing premier room) was given away. We were disappointed particularly because it was our anniversary. However, the hotel refunded a full day to compensate us. Which was handled really well by the staff

Everything . Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. Excellent breakfast . But toaster needs to be replaced. The toaster is not sufficient even for small family. I recommend big Roller toaster .

the location was good for shopping. I stayed in room 1116 which smelled like dead rat or inside a sewage, the towels had hair, walls have giant fly and carpet was wet smelly, dark and dirty feel. made complain to housekeeping and got worst, my worst 3 nights ever. Never return.

Location. Service. Cold Aircon. Balcony. The atrium was lovely. Bidet sprayer. The shower area is very tight no enough place for shampoos and bodywash. The water pressure is weak. Taking shower was unpleasant.. Drinking water they supply only first day of stay. You have to request everytime. Hotel furniture needs upgade..

The hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I really enjoyed my stay. Nothing. Everything was excellent, and I had a very pleasant stay.

Conceriege was impeccable The room service was terrible. They never answered if they were busy. U had to call front desk and wait almost 2 hrs for a return call when it was busy
