The neighborhood is not the best, but we felt safe walking to the nearby restaurants and shops.

The hotel is new, clean, and modern. There are also some lovely cafés and local spots nearby, which we really enjoyed. Good option for a short stay in Paris. The elevator starts from the first floor, so you need to carry your luggage up a narrow staircase first. The street outside was also very crowded and noisy, with groups often gathering in front of the entrance, which sometimes made the atmosphere feel a little uncomfortable.
