The bed was horrific, like a coffin, difficult to make up, annoying to climb (hurt myself a lot), bed was directly under the room light, pillow was like cardboard.

I didn't like that the rooftop area was rented to a private party on Saturday evening as I wanted to rest there, I feel like this should be a facility available to guests. The bathrooms could have been cleaner (but it was fine, not too bad at all, no smells either).

We had a great experience staying here. The accommodations were comfortable and the service was excellent. We didn't even need to worry about transportation because it's just a few minutes waljmk. Would definitely stay here again!

Extra charge for bag storage per day. Price seems reasonable, but the little extra stuff adds up.
-
No curtains in the bed although specified in the description.

Large space Cafe Friendly, competent, helpful staff Some noisy (after 10pm and from 6 am) disruptive guests. Maybe a flyer about quiet hours could help? Cell phones should stay silent

Right next to a metro stop and an Auchan grocery store. Many options are around. Beds are comfy and clean! Hostel has an elevator, bar, cafe, and nightly activities. Bring earplugs. The doors offer zero noise blocking and for some reason people are partying in the hallways or staff are vacuuming at midnight or later. The power sockets also emit a high pitched noise which is irritating. The rooms are also really dark but if you have a top bunk the one light fixture on the ceiling is inches away from your face so anytime someone comes in you’re going to be woken up. If you need to cook as part of your hostel stay, forget it. This place only has microwaves so either get take out or microwavable meals.

About hair dryer you don’t provide in the private room. And customer need to borrow at reception and keep my real passport that was not ok for me. You should cancel for this policy. You should find solution for this problem: example 1. Copy my passport 2. Put in public bathroom for each floor anyone can use and safe for your budget to put in private room.

The bathroom didn’t have soap or any towels to dry your hands with.

One of the best hostels in Europe

I booked it the last minute. The room is spacious, with curtains, lighting (even though I found it difficult to turn it on at first). The room was quiet and the air-condition is good. It is close to metro 9, so it's easy to travel around. The pillow and blanket is not comfortable enough. The toilet is separated between male and female, but it is hard to tell at first. I used the women's toilet without knowing, until one of ladies told me.
-
The window of the room was working and had a sign saying "do not open" so hardly any fresh air came in.
-
The bed was not very comfortable and the toilets were a little bit uncomfortable since they didn’t have place for changing clothes. And there weren’t very clean
-
No where to hang out because main floor was crowded and rooftop was booked for private event. Room was not comfortable to hangout in cause only a bed.

I was so happy to find out this location
