Fantastic staff, couldn't have been more helpful or attentive. Upgraded to large ground floor room because of my husband's mobility problems. Spotlessly clean. Really good breakfast with fresh produce, delicious pastries and wide choice of buffet items. Liked everything Would have liked a kettle in the room to make a hot drink

The room is very comfortable and clean. I like the vibe of the entire design, including the room itself, the reception area and the dining area. The staff are all very kind, especially KJ — she helped me with my luggage before I could check into my room . Not to mention the location is perfect, with a bus stop, tram stop and Metro 12 all nearby. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris for a week like me. There is no kettle or refrigerator in the room, so it's a little inconvenient if you buy food outside and don't finish it, or if you want instant noodles late at night.

The staff where wonderful we forgot our AirPods and they kindly posted them on to us. But before that the girl on the night desk gave us a warm friendly welcome was very helpful the breakfast staff where great with the breakfast efficient ample and delicious the guy there does great eggs lovely vibe about the place. Spotless great location as we attended a nearby trade event I couldn’t stay longer great place

The staff was the best service. So personable, helpful and kind. I traveled alone with my baby to a Roland Garros and they were so thoughtful and helpful every day. Also, the coconut machta waffles were amazing Nothing.
