La Villa Saint Germain des Prés

I had an amazing experience and stay at Hotel La Villa St .Germain Des-Pres. From the time my sister and I arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm and attentive service. The hotel was very clean and the room was incredibly comfortable and well designed with modern and classic touches. I loved the thoughtful lay out, attention to detail and it truly felt like a peaceful retreat. Not only is the location of the hotel in a safe area, the Metro and the bus stop is only a few minutes away on foot. It is perfectly located in the heart of Saint Germain Des Pres making it super easy to walk and explore Paris' famous attractions. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the Louvre, Orsay Museum, the Seine River and the hotel is surrounded by classic cafes, boutique stores and Monoprix/ La Grande Epicerie. Make sure you check out the local focaccia sandwich shop, Cosi that is near by. Recommended by Ina Garten and you won't regret it. I highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone who wants privacy and more of an intimate personal experience unlike the larger hotels where it's easy to get lost in the shuffle. We truly loved our stay and appreciated the entire staff for going out of their way to make our time in Paris unforgettable. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Paris. Merci beaucoup!

Beautifully designed, the staff were most helpful, the bed linen and towels were superb. A very comfortable room with coffee, etc. Ideally situated - so many lovely things to explore and see. Nothing to dislike.

Have stayed here in the past. Always have loved it but they have definitely stepped up luxury/quality. Prices have increased accordingly. However, perfect location, amazingly soft bed, decent sized bathroom… sauna and a small pool in basement. If you can afford it, worth the price! The “gym” is sad and tiny. No windows. A bike and some tiny weights. Not sure it qualifies a a gym. But it’s Paris and gyms are not something one would expect typically. I’m okay with this, but be aware of this is in your plans.

I was overwhelmed with the caring and professional attitude of every member of the staff, from Guillaume Concierge, to the girls at Reception, to the man who brought dinners to my room, and was in charge of the bar, to the superb masseuse in the hotel. Every single need of mine was met immediately, with a charming attitude of helping. The food was lovely, the room was so modern and smart, and the area is about as exciting and full of deep historical significance as I could ever imagine. I had a very bad experience (at the train station) when I checked in, and the staff, led by Guilaume, were so incredibly helpful and kind. Guillaume also gave me extremely good advice about sights to visit, and organised tickets beforehand. We had liaised when I first booked, and he took the time to help in detail. Nothing was too much for all staff members. What dedication! I hope I will be able to stay again. Thanks Joan Butts Nothing

Very helpful staff. Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Le Labo amenities. I could smell someone smoking on our floor, likely another guest in their room. Sound proofing needs improvement, I could hear footsteps from upstairs. Hot water ran out a bit during one afternoon.
