Room was small but neat, everything was comfortable. Decoration is standard. There was a desk to work which is always great. The property is irresponsive to provide an invoice ! Had they provided it at the first request, it would have been an 8/9 rating

Comfortable bed I was very disappointed in the rooms that I had booked and paid good money for as the photos are obviously of the nicer part of the hotel. We got rooms in the very old dingy section, so be very aware of what you are booking and subsequently what you receive.

Walked in to have been upgraded to a duplex room! Lovely facilities, beautiful property and in a lovely part of Paris. Hotel staff were absolutely perfect, easy to communicate with and happy to speak to you Top floor was quite a trek to get up to however worth it for the room :)

Clean, comfortable, good size of room and felt very safe as a solo traveller. Staff were very friendly and happily provided recommendations. Stored bags free of charge for the full day.

Location Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude and, on several occasions, gave me information that turned out not to be true. I found the way they handled my concerns very unprofessional and dismissive. What was even worse was an incident involving housekeeping. My teddy bear, which had sentimental value to me, was either thrown away or taken by housekeeping. I contacted the hotel about it, but the situation was not handled in a way that made me feel that they genuinely cared about what had happened. I did not get anything compensation for this incident at all! On top of this, the fire alarm was tested twice during the night without any prior information or warning, which was extremely disturbing. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of honesty, respect, and accountability from the staff made this experience much worse. I would expect a hotel to treat its guests and their belongings with basic respect. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Good location and clean and comfortable hotel. The lift was very small which I was uncomfortable with. Fine for most people though.

The staff are very welcoming My respect for the workers Especially naseem and farhan if i remember right? Also rhe property is in a great location and very convenient for the transportation I was afraid of the elevator It wasnt stable and i was alone so it was a little bit frightening

room was small but expected in central paris, amazing location about 5-10 min walk from the louvre, 7 min walk to supermarket & other shops and about 5-10 mins walk to metro, bus stops including the open top bus tours stop which was super handy! staff were lovely, helpful and accommodating, room was spotless and was cleaned daily, bed was very comfortable, air con was fantastic and really cooled down the room. would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
