The location is good, close to metro and bus stops. It's also easy to find. I find it hard to find other good aspects about this hostel, to be honest. The bedroom smelled like old socks, impossible to air the room with one window which can only be opened a crack. The bathroom only had one toilet which was disgusting, there was no soap, only a bottle of washing up liquid to wash your hands. The bathroom has no window at all, there is only a fan that turns on when one enters. All the beds are squeaky whenever there is the slightest movement. I felt very uncomfortable, in general. The woman at the reception was not very welcoming.

Location was good. Next to a metro station and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The smell of the room and bathroom was awful and overbearing. Smelled like rot or mould. Beds were very uncomfortable and loud. The walls next inside the bunk beds were riddled with dried nose mucus.

Nice place close to bercy bus station. Lots of supermarkets nearby. The seine is close by easy to walk to.

The location is close to the metro line 14 and buses Very disappointing stay. The staff were rude and difficult to communicate with. There were only two showers for the entire floor and one wasn't working, plus only one sink for everyone and no hand soap. The rooms were unbearably hot with no fan or AC, and having to make my own bed after arriving late was frustrating and very loud and uncomfortable for all the people in the room. The room was extremely noisy—you could hear everything from neighboring rooms, and the door and keypad made loud noises constantly. I would not stay here again.

Location A few areas could be improved. The staff were professional, but a friendlier and warmer approach would make guests feel more welcome. Access to the rooms could also be more convenient, using swipe cards instead of long numeric passcodes would make entering and exiting easier. The bathrooms were functional but could benefit from more frequent cleaning and attention to detail. Overall, it was a decent stay and a good option for travelers looking for affordable accommodation.

Good location near bus station in a quiet corner. The public area is nice. Got the blanket and pillow at first night, the cover wasn’t clean, has strong smell but after request to change it’s satisfied.

Don't stay if you are female, even you book female dorm, you need to share bathrooms and showers with males since they are located inside mix dorm teritory. I felt very unsecured. And they didn't prepare a space for luggages. If you just wanna leave your luggages, all you can do is just leave near front desk and they won't guarantee if it's safe.

The staff made a great effort to keep it clean. They were very kind and understanding. Location was super close to the Siene which made it very easy for biking. The locks on the doors were extremely loud. It would wake up all of the girls in the dorm when we entered in the later hours of the night no matter how warm we were. Sheets had some random black hairs on them.

However, on the second day, things improved significantly. The staff member on duty was very kind and helpful—she assisted me with my check-in and handled my request smoothly, which I really appreciated. My experience was a bit mixed. On my first day, the service was quite disappointing—especially from the staff member who attended to me, who came across as rather rude. There was also a mix-up with my booking, as I was placed in a mixed room instead of the female-only room I had reserved. One downside was that the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, which is something the property should address. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs, but friendly staff can definitely make a difference.

The beds are very squeaky so it makes moving around in the night quite noisy for everyone.
