Check in and check out was easy TV didn’t work and when asked to fix it no one could help

Good location, lots of metro options nearby/walking distance. Lots of cafes/restaurants to choose from, grocery option round the corner, and only a 10min walk to Gare du Nord station. Philippe and Gaultier were very friendly and very helpful (the lady a little less so) - it's great if you get them tending to your questions. Was super impressed to find a few welcome items in this nice, clean, modern (albeit a little small) apartment such as juice, coffee capsules. It's worth knowing that although the 2 bedroom apartment has 2 showers it only has 1 toilet which wasn't ideal for our group of 5 adults. And one of the bedrooms has a window that overlooks the lounge so if you have someone on the sofa (which we did) that's worth noting. We only stayed 2 nights and were out most of the day so overall we made it work, but if I returned - which I would happily do - I wouldn't book a 2 bed again for 5 adults due to size, only one toilet and lack of privacy for person on sofa. It was a lovely place to stay. Would happily return.

Location is very convenient , 1 block for line 7 of the Metro system.

Room and location

The staff was very nice. I traveled by myself, and the room size was perfect. The location was convenient. I liked the security codes used to enter both the building and the unit. It is also close to the subway. I arrived late, but I was still able to check in without any issues. One suggestion would be to offer online check-in, since the front desk is not staffed 24/7. That said, the staff was very accommodating and made the process easy.

Location, clean, friendly No walk in shower. Tub entrance and exit dangerous for us. Standing up and using hand sprayer is not convenient

Questions were answered promptly prior to checkin. Receptionist was enthusiastic and helpful with recommending restaurants and went the extra mile to order us a ride when our G7 taxi app wasn’t working properly on the day of checkout.

This place is about a 12 minutes walk from Gare de l'Est in a nice neighborhood with plenty of shops and great local restaurants at acceptable prices; staff was very helpful ( if you speak some French it helps too) and the code based use of main door and room made it easy to move around without keys. Rooms were super clean , well equipped and the huge bathtub right in the middle of the bedroom was quite unique . The bed was awesome too. Be aware that this place offers a (very nice) room and that's it.

The host communicated with us well and allowed us to check in early. We got a 2 bedroom suite with a sofa bed that fit 5 of us. There are 2 showers per room but only one shared bathroom which may be a downside but not really a big deal for us. The location is close to metro train 7 that allowed us to travel conveniently. One shared bathroom but not a big deal for us.

Location is near Metro, many shops around the apt hotel (cafe, resto, supermarket, bakery). Very informative receptionist The smoke alarm is very sensitive.. but it's good..means the alarm is working well

Location is conveniently located at walking distance from Gare du Nord with plenty of restaurants and pubic transport to move around the city. The apartment is located on a very quiet street which allows amazing night rest. Beds are very comfortable and the furniture is new and modern. We could check in earlier than check in time, which was really convenient and allowed us to go explore the city. Such a nice pampering detail is the Rituals products in the bathroom, very chic! One towel was visibly dirty; we made a reservation for 4 people and yet had to make the sofa bed ourselves. , which is not the service/quality you expect when you pay this rate.

We were met at reception by Garrant who took time to explain all about the room, the area, how to find the bakery, the supermarket, the metro. He was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. No swimming pool lol!

This is not a complaint, but just something to be aware of - the water gets very hot, and the temp can fluctuate quickly.

Friendliness of staff and gave use very usefull tips. We even got welcome gifts. Lift is a big plus. Free still and sparkling water fountain at reception. Very close to Metro station and some really nice small restaurants just around the corner. Would highly recommend La Matissia. No comment
