1. The hotel is beautiful. 2. The registration staff was excellent. She spoke beautiful English. 1. The A/C. Barely cooled the room. We're talking sweating in the sheets. Finally around 12 AM we could open the window for some relief. 2. Cockroaches in the Sink/Shower area. Look, they were small. Being from Texas, we see them x10 the size. Didn't phase us at all. Being from Texas, that lead me to look under the sink--sure enough a 1" gap between the drain pipe and the tile. 3. One bath towel and one hand towel for two people in a king size bed room? WTF? 4. The exterior door room looked like someone had tried to pry the door open. If I was a single woman traveling alone, that would have been a concern.

Good place. Great housekeeping staff. Solid yummy breakfast. Terrific location! I had a problem with 1. Belong allotted a room with just a king bed when clearly I was supposed to have a rollaway bed too as the reservation said 3 guests 2. The door was squeaking badly, and it would also not close automatically. It would remain stuck at the knob till you force it close. 3. The bathroom faucet clearly needs a redo.(I did not take a picture). This leads me to think that this room (1010) was not “guest-ready” by any means, but for whatever reason it was assigned to me.

Facilities and room Location was not the best

The closet space is not enough for 2 people in the room. The bathroom cleanliness is acceptable, but more attention is needed. The room was cleaned late in the afternoon.

The construction going on.

I have a serious issue haven’t I? Was sitting in the bar and I ordered orange juice and coffee and when I get the check actually I didn’t check it and I sign in my room number I was surprised in check out that they charge me more than what I supposed to pay. I claim this to the reception and check out but they told me you sign it yes I sign it because I didn’t review it and I didn’t think even it will happen like this. They will add items that I didn’t request for it so this is actually very bad experience I had I would like you to contact me. I have there is the receipt of this and I want to check who was working in that time in the bar and to request and investigate this issue.

What went well is the location and the terrific staff. The bed was Marriott-level comfortable. The quality of the food for breakfast was very good, once I could locate everything. The layout of this hotel, especially the breakfast restaurant, was quite weird. It is clearly a business hotel full of unfriendly business travelers. Navigating breakfast was a challenge. Room was very small.

Location No hand towels, on the floor broken water and ice machine, fridge does not cool, construction going-on

Modern lobby. Concierge were helpful. Most of the staff were inadequately trained and never enough staff scheduled. Housekeeping start entering your room at 0800 without knocking. Bathroom floods after each shower. elevators do not work well. Breakfast is awkwardly arranged.

Then another lady from the office came out and called my name. Why wasn’t she out initially if they were short on staff and there was an extending line. And again I wouldn’t mind the initial wait, if the blonde receptionist Audrey didn’t react in such an arrogant way and just asked for support from her office. Later on when I got to the room few amenities were missing. When I called the concierge for the slippers and vanity kit, they said the wait time was 40 minutes. After I refused the wait time because I had to leave for a plan he told me to come and get them myself. When I confronted him about his attitude, he again told me they were short on staff and I could speak to the management if I wished to! I I do not think this is a supportive approach even to their own employer. A customer does not have to know about the company’s insufficient employee budget. Especially in a field like hospitality, the employees start with an apology for any inconvenience caused by them! I don’t know what was wrong with that whole team. Manners are learnt in school, an employer should not be in a position to teach their employees how to behave as well.

The room that weren't renovated were prison standards. Rooms were horrendous, the ones not renovated.

Floor #1 bedrooms need to be refreshed. Disgusting carpet. Poor color choice on walls. I will not stay there again. A stain on the marriott brand.
