We paid premium price for the room for our 25th Wedding anniversary to get there and upon opening the balcony door to see the views of the Eiffel Tower the dodgie handle broke which took several requests to reception in which we had to go down to reception twice to eventually get someone to come to fix it. By that time, our room was freezing cold and the staff could not fix the door so ended up trying to latch it up enough to close leaving us with a cold breeze coming into our room. We then decided to have a bath to try warm up only to have absolutely no hot water, once again called reception to be told we need to let it run for a few minutes to warm up… after 10 minutes still no hot water, so we tried the shower, another 10 minutes and still cold so called reception back again and this time I was told I will need a kettle as there was no other option, took two requests for this kettle to be delivered to our room and then spent over 2 1/2 hours trying to make the bath warm enough as the kettle was so slow in warming up and in the end we gave up after our night plans were ruined. We were so disappointed and frustrated that no accountability from the hotel was taken to rectify the issue. We paid so much money to have this room because we saw this on social as an outstanding place to stay. We had the worst night, froze, couldn’t even have warm water, and to top it off after complaining to management, we got absolutely no reply or refund for the unacceptable inconvenience that not only ruined our 25th wedding anniversary night but the false advertising that mislead us. Don’t be deceived by what you see online. Never in my life have I EVER paid top dollar to not be able to have a warm bath or shower and to be made by reception to boil a kettle and fill the bath to be able to clean myself is absolutely disgusting! And to not respond to my formal complaint when we checked out and just took our money makes me furious! Stay away!!!

- Views of the room that are seeing the Eiffel Tower directly / Eiffel View suite (even better if you also get the room with the balcony on the 2nd floor). - Super spacious room that is cleverly designed with space for your suitcase and hide the clutter (Eiffel View Suite). - Large room with useful features & lots of space to hang clothes, electronic outlets, everything you would need etc. - Fast, attentive & respectful staff (we had couple issues and they were resolved quickly). - Exquisite rooms with elegant decor. - Super comfortable, large, high bed + bathrobes and fluffy slippers to make you feel at a spa. - Super delicious breakfast with multiple options, served in room and actually good value. - Actually strong, real hairdryer (important for long hair). - Temperature is not adjustable in rooms (air conditioning works but set centrally at a very cold temp). We had to turn it off and sleep with windows open in order not to freeze cause it kept getting very cold. Staff couldn't fix it. - When we checked in, there was stuff & food left over from the previous guests with their names on them, so room wasn't actually fully cleaned, but they made up for this mishap. - A bit of an overkill for the price.

We loved Kahina!! She was amazing. From her initial welcome to the very end, she was attentive and helpful. Though working on her own at the desk, and being extremely overwhelmed with other arriving guests and departing ones, she still managed to make us feel special and attend to our needs. Even to the point of getting our luggage personally and taking it to our taxi on our departure. Thankyou Kahina!! If we ever come back it will be because of her and the location of the hotel. What a gem!!

The staff's remarkable attentiveness and thoughtfulness made it the best stay imaginable. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warm hospitality. They went above and beyond when they noticed me buying flowers for my wife's birthday. Without hesitation, they organized a surprise room service, complete with a delicious cake and chilled champagne. It was a heartfelt gesture that left a lasting impact. Throughout our stay, the staff continued to surpass our expectations. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from the impeccable room service to their genuine care for our comfort. Their commitment to providing the best possible experience was evident in every interaction. The room itself was simply exquisite. Impeccably clean and tastefully furnished, it provided a tranquil haven after exploring the vibrant streets of Paris. Every element, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful amenities, showcased the hotel's dedication to creating a memorable stay. Moreover, the hotel's location was ideal. We were within walking distance of iconic landmarks, charming cafes, and delightful boutiques. It added an extra layer of enchantment to our stay, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the magic of Paris. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel. The staff's genuine warmth and meticulous attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. If you seek a truly remarkable experience in Paris, this hotel is undoubtedly the perfect choice. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. The only minor minus was lack of info that a deposit will be required per person / per night, around 900 EUR for us in total. While it wasn't an issue for us, it would have been helpful to have this information stated clearly either on the hotel's listing on Booking.com or communicated via email before our arrival. Clarity on such matters ensures a smoother and more transparent booking experience for guests. Nonetheless, this small oversight should not overshadow the overall exceptional quality of our stay.
