We loved the location and the staff

It was quiet and in a good location and the price was right. The bathtub drain was broken, but the tub was still usable. The sink was broken, the stopper wouldn’t come out and we told them twice and it was never fixed. We couldn’t use the sink for most of our stay. The garden view was an interior wall. We also didn’t like the hand he’d showed and the poor lighting in the bathroom. We were required to turn our key in every time we left the hotel.

Great location, helpful and kind staff, quiet street, comfortable beds. Wifi in my room was weak.

The staff was so pleasant and accomodating. Each and every employee we met was friendly and accomodated our every need. Quaint hotel located literally across yhe street from an incredible bakery. Great location… cafes, restaurants within a few minutes walk. Would definetly reccomend. No complaints

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was really perfect, and the staff was wonderful. Wi-fi didn't really reach to our room (203), so I had to buy 2 data passes.

Safety and cleanliness. There was only one friendly receptionist called Zainab, who allowed us to change our room smoothly and choose another room upon checking in as the original room had an uncomfortable design with the toilet completely separated form the bathroom. The hotel style is old-fashioned. The room doors have keys and you have to leave the room key at the reception before leaving, which was not something comfortable. You can have the option to take it with you and guarantee that it won’t get lost, otherwise you’re gonna be charged if the key is lost. Another thing is that you have to leave you credit card details at the reception or leave cash (300 euros) as insurance fees which was something not mentioned on Booking. Some rooms have uncomfortable designs with the toilet found in a room completely separated from the bathroom and that also was not clear on Booking

Friendly staff Location was excellent, a few mins from excellent cafes and restaurants, walkable to sites Comfy beds and very clean room Quirky vibe ? Bathroom door sticking and making lots of noise when opening and closing. Not a big deal but might annoy some people. Narrow corridors with old fashioned lamps give The Shining vibes ? but just adds to the character IMO. All in all I would not hesitate to stay here again ❤️
