Maison 46 is in a great location within walking distance to many tourist sights and the rail network. Staff are lovely (aside from one staff member who felt he needed to be condescending. The blonde hair man with glasses is amazingly helpful with anything and everything. Breakfast was always plentiful thanks to the amazing lady who is always busy baking. Sadly, being our second stay, the staff member with dreadlocks was not as friendly our second stay for our trip. When he was asked for a second shower towel, he was dismissive and condescending saying a hand towel was suitable.

The property is within walking distance to The Eiffel Tower, and restaurants / cafes. There are supermarkets in the area as well if needed. Rooms are clean and reasonably spacious. Breakfast has a range of choices

Tourist side of paris. Room size and bathroom size was good. Staff very friendly and nice and helpful. Okay pricing Tourist side of paris for Eiffel tour. Window didnt have nice view.

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, I was very happy with everything. The room itself was on the smaller side, but that wasn't a big deal for me because I was out all day and only came back to sleep. Highly recommended!

the hotel was 15 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower, had loads of places to eat within 5 mins walk The staff were very helpful and hotel was very clean Its a small hotel so was nice not be in a bit chain could not fault anything about it

Conveniently located about a 20-minute walk to Eiffel tower. Safe to walk and close to metro station. The breakfast was my favorite part with a nice variety of options. I experienced some issues with bed bugs, which was very disappointing. Additionally, the security staff at night seemed to have an unfriendly attitude, these problems affected my overall experience.

The room needs a small fridge and some repairs. The walls need painting, and it's too noisy because the walls aren't soundproof

Great hotel with a perfect location, close to the Eiffel Tower, in a calm and safe neighborhood with good food places for takeout around the hotel. There are multiple metro stations near by to get to other parts of the city. Bed was supercomfortable, room was clean and bathroom as well! Every day there's a cleaning service changing the towels. The buffet was good, but a bit overpriced for what it offers. All in all, a great place to stay!

Elevator is VERY small, and halts a lot, we had to climb 4 floors to reach our rooms sometimes. You get only 2 towels throughout your stay, and their quality isn't very good.
