Extremely expensive for what it is Room was far too small for 500£ a night my 11 year old daughter had to sleep on a uncomfortable sofa bed that we had to be asked to be mad. The room was so small we had no where to put our suitcase. We asked to be moved then left one night early. Swimming pool is tiny looks a lot bigger on pictures

The location is perfect, literally a 2-minute walk from Place de la Concorde, and thus close to metro stations, the Louvre, Museé d'Orsay, and many more places you'll want to visit. Every "room" is an apartment with a full kitchen, sofa, and all amenities you'll need. Downstairs, there is a 24-hour reception and a small bar. The staff was nice, especially the guy who were there at check-in and check-out, who called us a taxi. It didn't disrupt our schedule, but it came close: the breakfast (served in the room; no ham, cheese, or vegetables, but lots of yogurt, fruit, and baguette) was 25 minutes late.

Nice bedding - good location. Good price. They only had 2 rooms left. We had room 002. It smelled like sewer. At checkin they noticed but they couldn’t do anything about it. We slept a night in a 5 star hotel at 500 eur a night with very comfortable bed and a sewer smell.

The location was very good - lots of restaurants and shops near by. The room was well equipped and had everything one would need. I specifically chose this hotel because of the advertised generous room size of 25 m². Unfortunately, the actual bedroom measured only around 12.5 m², making the space feel extremely cramped. A significant portion of the advertised area consisted of the corner shaped entrance hall and the corridor leading to the bedroom, which were of no practical use. In reality, the bedroom and bathroom together amounted to less than 20 m², which, in my opinion, was far from what I had expected when making the booking. After I raised the issue, the manager offered a 10% reduction on the room rate, which I appreciated. However, this did not fully compensate for the disappointment regarding the discrepancy between the advertised and the usable room space.

Excellent location Kindly upgraded our stay Smell of damp in room. Poor public areas for such an expensive hotel. Hotel room lacked natural light.
