Maison Souquet, Hôtel & Spa is a five-star historic Parisian private townhouse, conceived as a confidential retreat with discreet luxury and a singular identity. Located in the heart of Montmartre, just steps from the Moulin Rouge, the property offers an intimate, theatrical and distinctly Parisian experience. The interior design was created by Jacques Garcia, a leading figure in luxury hospitality, renowned for iconic properties such as Hôtel Costes, La Réserve Paris and La Mamounia in Marrakech. Each space pays tribute to the Belle Époque spirit through a rich, sensual and deeply narrative décor. The rooms and suites reflect the architecture of a 19th-century Parisian townhouse. They favor elegance, atmosphere and refinement, with intimate proportions, conceived as a jewel-like setting. They are ideally suited to couples seeking a sensory and romantic retreat, prioritizing experience and décor over large spaces. Higher room categories offer greater comfort for stays with a large amount of luggage. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a mini-bar, a safe, as well as a coffee and tea machine. Bathrooms feature either a bathtub or a shower and include a hairdryer. Suites also offer a seating area. Guests enjoy one hour of private access to the spa, including an indoor swimming pool and hammam, upon reservation. Breakfast is served in the lounges or in the privacy of the room, depending on the rate booked, allowing for a refined and intimate start to the day. The hotel is great. The room is small and crowded but beautiful. The bed super comfortable and the air conditioner is amazing. We were there during the hottest days in the history of Paris and the hotel was a wonderful escape from the heat. There's an elevator, which was also great. The staff was incredibly helpful, both in getting us cabs, recommending restaurants and helping us with our bags. They recommended that we book the hotel's private pool and sauna, which was a lovely respite before dinner, and they brought us cocktails. Another thing that was great were the curtains, they really blocked the light outta so we were able to sleep in the morning. The neighborhood is OK, and we like walking so it would have been fine if it hadn't been so hot. It's a 20 minute walk to the edge of most things we wanted to do so in the heat that was more of a problem than it would have been otherwise. The bathroom is pretty dark, even with all the lights on. That's a pet peeve of mine. Not great for make up and getting ready.

Luxury at its finest!! Absolutely beyond incredible and cannot recommend this hotel enough. Exceptional attention to detail and astounding interiors. The staff are just as exceptional, truly amazing and welcoming and super friendly, going above and beyond with any question or request. The bed was extremely comfortable and the suite to which we were upgraded was nothing short of magical. The spa was also exceptional, and we very much enjoyed the luxury of the private pool lounge session. Also a fantastic location, being a 2 minute walk from the Moulin Rouge. Beyond belief and cannot wait to return. Thank you so much to the Team for an incredibly special stay!

The hotel is charming and a historical masterpiece. It is meters away from Moulin Rouge and the main streets of Montmartre. Great shopping- adult fun, great restaurants and bars, and nightlife. The decor was extraordinary. The rooms were tiny and cramp and dark. Very tight bathroom and bedroom. I understand that the hotel is capitalizing on an early 1900s gentlemen's club and brothel, but the darkness of the entire facility was a bit much.

The staff at the hotel were amazing....it was more than we thought....they were friendly very warming...they couldn't do enough for us...the food was amazing and gorgeous...and the surroundings and staff at the Maison Souquet were the same...cant wait to go back.....I would definitely recommend this very special place.. Nothing.

This was the most outstanding experience I’ve had, and the staff at La Maison Souquet went above and beyond to make this visit to Paris absolutely memorable. The hotel itself has a colourful history and the modern homage to that history is done in a really great way. The attention to detail is faultless, and it was just a joy to stay in such a serene and sublime environment. The fact that we had to return to the UK….
