Location is amazing, air con was good The all male reception staff are rude and unhelpful particularly as a female. I arrived at 7am to hotel where the man behind reception refused to open the front door, when he eventually did he stated check in isn’t until 2pm. I had a tour booked so had no expectation to check in just wanted to leave luggage after flying from Australia. He then proceeded to advise I had booked a single room. When I responded that I had booked a double he said ‘ do you not understand English you have booked a single’ he eventually realised he was wrong. No apology. Daily shouting episodes occurred when walking through reception due to them locking the doors as and when they chose. My worst experience of a hotel in my years of travelling

the stay in the hotel was great: everything- staff, location, the size of the room the comfort of the beds. It is not the first tine we are staying here and we would like to return again. nothing. everything was perfect

It was in a very comfortable location & convenient neighborhood. Just blocks from fun places in Paris.

Practical location. Excellent service. Very clean. The room is more spacey than average room's in Paris hotels. Shops, restaurants, important sights and cafes nearby. The airco is weak. It's not enough for a temperature higher than 30 degrees. You can hear the other guest when they are in the hall or when closing the door.

I had a super lovely beautiful tiny room mit balkony and a great view trees and Nice buildings. Nice bathroom, thée and koffie and a fridge. Nothing

Ceiling in room and bathroom was too low. I am a 6’3” and found it too low.
