Huge window in the bathroom. Staff helpful. Great location. Lift broken, breakfast poor, water bottle in the rooms not filled each day.

The breakfast was a major disappointment. There were very limited options — essentially eggs, two types of cheese, and sausage. For a hotel buffet, I expected much more variety and a better selection. The room was also quite dark, as several of the lights were not working properly. On top of that, the fridge in my room wasn’t working. When I mentioned this to reception, instead of offering to have it checked or repaired, I was simply told that I could use the hotel’s fridge if I needed anything stored. I would have expected the issue to be addressed rather than being given an alternative. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the experience and expected better facilities and service from the hotel.

The property was on one street across 2 adjacent sides. We stayed in the same side that reception was on. Upon arrival (1:30pm) we asked if there was any chance we could check in earlier (we had already notified the hotel that we would be there before the standard check in time upon booking our room); the receptionist actually upgraded us to another room so that we were able to. The room was one looking inward to a courtyard but it was so clean and comfortable. It had AC which was set to 16 degrees which was perfect given Paris was 30+degrees all week. We had a bathroom with a gorgeous stone sink and shower and then the toilet was at the other end of the room separately which was amazing. The room had 2 huge windows and the bed was VERY comfortable. It wasn’t a large room but it was perfect for what we needed. The staff were so friendly and polite at reception. You couldn’t hear any noise from the room. We loved it. It was maybe a 3 minute walk from Republique square and the metro which was fabulous. The area felt very safe with lots of bars and restaurants around. One of the wall light sconces in the bathroom was out - we didn’t mention it as we didn’t really need it and the bathroom sink was slow to drain.

excellent location; very comfortable beds

The hotel room was very clean comfortable. The girls on reception where very helpful at all times. Fresh water given each day. Quiet location. The pillows I found very uncomfortable. Also not a fan of those hook on hangers.

Location and quaintness Rooms were a bit small for 2x luggage. Shower door was half missing and water went all over bathroom floor.

shampoo n conditioner bottles were empty. n u only realize when u enter into the shower.These are basic things that should be taken care of in any hotel. Forget a 3 star hotel. Very frustrating
