Very clean hotel, comfortable bed, everything was perfect! The location was very good (the metro entrance right at the door), the station a few steps away. The staff was very friendly, kind, nice and helpful; gave us great advice at the reception. We chose a room without a view, but it was very quiet and lovely. Had a great rest there! Nothing, everything was great!

Great location, next to Gare de l’Est. Very friendly and helpful staff. We really liked the option of getting a free drink if our room was not cleaned. Clean and modern facilities.

The hotel upgraded our room to a spacious suite. They also included breakfast. The front desk person was very nice. The location was great, right across the train station. None

It was modern and we could store luggage The shower head wouldn’t stay on the wall and fell of and hit me a few times. Even though check in was 3pm, we had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be ready.

Disappointing and definitely not worth the money. We booked a normal-looking room, but were given a ridiculously small room where two people could barely move. There was barely any space to get ready, and we couldn’t even properly open our luggage. For the price we paid, we expected much better.
