The staff were lovely and helpful. The rooms were comfy and the location was good for local shops and restaurants, as well as decent transport links. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast buffet had a good choice of quality options. The rooms were a little bit tired, but they were still well kept and very clean.

Easy to get to Very busy pool area, would be better to reduce volume of people allowed at once.

Good value for two rooms for family of 5, nice AC for the hot month and the breakfast was great to have every morning. Location was a bit more industrial so you had to train out to other nicer parts (which not hard to do). I chose it bc it was near some flea markets on that side of town for handful of days.

The property was very good a nice hotel with a spa, great amenities, a convenient location, and very good value for money. What really stood out was the staff, especially Claudiu at the front desk. He was exceptional: always helpful, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to find the best solution for me. He truly made my stay better. I wish every hotel had someone like Claudiu. He is a real asset to the hotel Nothing in particular, overall I had a very good stay.

Staff and facilities like swimming pool, table tennis, kids area, location was a bit far from attractions however excellent metro connection and Bercy village access makes up for it. Deff recommend it

Friendly staff, comfortable clean room There was ‘city tax’ about 30£ that wasn’t mentioned before and deduced from the deposit they secured after our Check in . It was a sneaky surprise

Large room. Clean. Excellent buffet breakfast. Decently located - right next door to Bercy village which has a lot of restaurants and a subway station. I knew that it was a 15 minute drive away from the tourist attractions when I booked it, so no real issue there.
