Worst hotel I have ever been in my life. The nerd that was sitting in the counter gave us the worst service ever. The room was cold, dark and dirty. We had 2 days stay but decided to leave the hotel after 2 hours because it was so cold. Would not recommend this shitty hotel to anyone please stay away Worst hotel I have ever been in my life. The location is convenient, close to the metro and in the 17th arrondissement. The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. Several facilities were broken. The shower didn’t work properly, had to fix it myself after no one seemed to care and there was visible mold. The airconditioning didn’t function and the rooms are very noisy, especially near the elevator.

I booked for three person (2 adults and one child) but the bed was very small for family including child. The toilet and shower room is small.

The only inconvenience I had, was that after cleaning our room and taking the towels, the staff forgot to replace them. This was fixed right away after I informed them about it. Also, it would be nice to have a kettle in the room.

Easy to find and near a Metro and bars in a quiet area of Paris. Communicated with emails to reception prior to arrival. Also arranged a taxi to take us to airport. Please advise. Bob

It's located near all the bus stops, metro lines that you'd need to get around and as far as safety, it is well lit and we felt really safe walking around at night. The only downside was that the AC didn't work, but they gave us a little heater because it was a bit cold.

The staff was really nice and helped us with everything we needed. Not the best room but it was cleaned and had new towels and toiletries every day! Very close to the metro, buss and tram station.
