Everything! The hotel is in a great location with 2 metro lines within 5 minutes walk. Most sights were about a 45minute walk away but we are happy to walk and explore. Room size was excellent considering what we have seen about other hotels. Reception staff were very welcoming and happy. Couldn't fault out stay. Bed were super comfy! Nothing.

The location is good The elevator was not working mentioning that the fridge was broken and there was a unpleasant odor. All these were reported repeatedly to the reception but non were solved and the reception was not treating the way that then were interested to solve the problem !

Good size room and great location. Bathroom looked great, possibly newly done. Balcony with chair. 12pm check out time. Massive bed. Toilet leak so the water was constantly flushing. Water pressure in the kitchen tap was faulty so it came out with a burst at first. Conditioner not replaced when empty. Reception toilet had no toilet paper on arrival. Generally felt a little run down in some parts of the room and a simple paint would fix it. Hairdryer when used made a lot of dust blow off the top of the wardrobe

I've lost count how many time I've stayed here. The location was our favorites. Close to everywhere by train or walk. The room is clean and perfect for our stay. I love how the lobby was not open to public. My friend had an experience that he luggage was stolen from the lobby somewhere else. The A/C worked well during the heat wave. We were there when the heat wave hit (not the worst one, but quite bad.) As I am from South East Asia, we used to battle the heat with water and a glass full of ice. We asked for a glass of ice and the front was kindly brought them to me but I noticed it was not a usual request and manually made ice (not from the ice machine) so I didn't ask for it again. I wish they had ice machine provided.

The location was very good with easy access to the Montmartre area and close to the Opera district. Within easy walking distance of a number of Metro lines. Plenty of eating and drinking establishments to choose from. Spent little time in the room which was neat, clean and air-conditioned. A was delighted to see that the hotel takes sustainability seriously. We didn't avail of the breakfast facilities as when in Paris, why not go out for a coffee and a croissant. Just an observation, but upon checking out we had to pay a City Tax (approx €15 pp per night in our case), of which we were totally unaware in the lead up to our city break. This is not a reflection on the hotel as it is country wide policy. More should be done to highlight this on hotel and third party booking platforms.

location, staff, comfortable beds the hotel looks a bit strange. you arrive to a long corridor which is very dark and the reception is upstairs where they serve breakfast. the room was small and had a terrace that was not inviting
