Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good air conditioning. There was a problem with the wifi the entire time, unfortunately it didn’t work due to technical problems.

The receptionist was friendly, but unfortunatley not helpful. The best thing about it: there are so many other hotels just around the corner that are less expensive and way better The hotel is a total rip off. The room and bathroom were extremely uggly, the paint comes off the wall, the carpet blotchy and the hallway smells like urine

The entrancecwas welcoming and inviting. Nice ambiance. The management/staff were very helpful in offering suggestions for restaurants. They also arranged for a Taxi to drive me to the train station in the morning. The room was very small but comfortable. The breakfast offerings included choices of granola, 2 pastries, baguette, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, juice, carafes of water, hot beverages and milk. The small dining area but nicely arranged with ambiance. The stairway would need a railing for safety walking up and down stairs

Staff and air-conditioned

My second time in this hotel, it’s a great value for money, maybe not extremely clean but cheap and especially super well located that’s what I usually look for. Staff is very welcoming too

The bread in the breakfast is delicious

It was a very comfortable and convenient location within walking distance to many sites and to a major metro station. A nice breakfast got us quickly on our way in the mornings. It's time they changed the carpets.

We did get a serenade in the streets below from a trumpet playing musician with a mp3 player and speaker accompanying him! ?? Window to Paris night, and breeze, honking. The elevator was the size of one suitcase at a time literally, two adult people are over the limit(180 kg) rated ( pictures below). The floor was grimy in spots, the room was very small, no real storage area anywhere. No refrigerator, bathroom was a dorm room size in a low end college in Bangladesh. Remember to push the floor button before you get in you will not be able to unless you are a contortionist. The front door closes like a vault, bam!

Best location ever! Bed is comfortable and shower is good N/a

The room was much smaller than expected and I kept having issues trying to get in. The key would work half of the time and I would have to constantly try to get the door to open with the key. I notified staff but whenever they tried it the door would automatically work. Towards the end I figured how to maneuver the door knob so it would work but it was very frustrating.

the location was great. Easy to walk to many local restaurants and tourist sites. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The shower was good pressure and lots of hot water The rooms are very small. The carpet was quite gross. The carpet is old and not well vacuumed. Don’t drop anything under the bed, it’ll come out furry. There was an inch layer of dust around the safe in the cupboard, including debris such as a bottle cap

Location is okay, near the university so lots of students in the area. The room is small as stated in advertising, the hallway and stairwell is very narrow. The elevator is good for one person, if you have luggage, it needs to be stacked next to you to get it to your room. The room could use more cleaning, under the bed was very dusty, and an upper shelf was also dusty. Our window was left open, perhaps by housekeeping, for the day into the evening when we returned to our room.

The location is great. The room is small, but comfortable. It was very quiet. Basic, no amenities. No hot water kettle. TV worked just fine. Nice towels. I was surprised to find that there was no staff on site after 5 pm. The door was locked and you let yourself in with a code. In the 3 days I was there I never saw another person except for the manager. As a single female traveler, it was a bit unnerving.
