We booked this property last minute after our Airbnb cancelled on us. We were so happy we did! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The carried our baggage to the room. The air conditioning worked great in the heat wave!!! The hotel is located on a quiet beautiful alley way. The metro is a close 5-8 minutes walk, and it was easy for us to get anywhere we wanted in Paris. The rooms were clean and well kept. We ate breakfast at the nearby bakeries most mornings, but we had the hotel breakfast on the last day, and it was wonderful! I loved their hot chocolate! They messaged us after we had left letting us know we left something behind and they would hold it for us. Very good customer service! We would absolutely stay here again! Everything was great

Friendly staff. Fantastic air conditioning. Free filtered water always available. Close to metro. Safe neighborhood. Cozy lobby. Clean room. Quiet (on a side street). Surprisingly good water pressure in shower. Kids got separate beds in same room. The room was tight with three beds, four people, and luggage, but worked out fine.

Staff was terrific. Rooms were clean and quiet. Location is good and not overly touristy. Subway a few blocks away making access to the rest of the city convient. Lots of nice cafe's and restaurants are within walking distance. I'd stay there again. Breakfast is expensive...not a negative as you can goto one of the nearby cafe's for a great breakfast. Room was a bit tight but ok...we had three people in a room with a queen bed and sofabed and dealing with three large luggages was difficult.

The location was perfect. Hôtel is so adorable. The hotel staff are so helpful and accommodating. My family and I booked last minute so we needed two rooms and the hotel worked it out so our rooms were right next to each other. They even upgraded us to a suite to make it happen. It was the best experience and made our last two days in Paris feel like a dream. Thank you so much!!! Best air conditioning!!
