WS St Germain - Quartier Latin

The room was much different that photos in booking.

The location was incredible and it was comfortable, had great noise blocking, and was just what we needed. Communications leading up to checking in were bad. They never sent check in codes, even after i asked. It took calling them hours after check in time to get any codes.

Excellent location! Two blocks away from St Michael metro and Notre Dame, you have absolutely everything around it: Monoprix, Starbucks downstairs, Mc Donalds, boulangeries, etc. Amazing view of St Germain des apres boulevard. We were VERY happy with the location!! Great responsive service with host answering any question you have, and cater for your every need. Convenient that you have 4 different passcodes to access front door, building, floor and apartment. Made us feel very safe... Clean facilities and cleaning staff in house. Definitely recommend it for those reasons! As convenient as this apartment was, in such a great location and competitive price, the place is really really SMALL. Even for the 2 bedroom apartment it's all very cramped in the space of a studio flat. They seemed to have added extra walls to accommodate one extra single bed, so they can say it's a 2 bedroom flat. Sad to say we were uncomfortable with the space and also temperature. We visited in the summer and it was so hot in the apartment, there's no air conditioner (as it is in most European buildings), they have a couple of fans but insufficient. We tried to open windows of the balcony to get fresh air and cool apartment down and we got mostly noise from the street. Other than that this place is great.

There could have been a bit more towels for a stay of 7+ days.

The location was convenient to everything. The hall way is narrow and cramped. Two bedrooms apartment feels very cramped for three people.

Too hot, no Airconditioner so it felt like your in a Sauna. The fan did not help at all!

Location, and quick responses of the team. Felt safe and easy access to Metro, restaurants and attractions. The wash sink didn’t drain the water properly. It definitely could use maintenance to fix it. The solution currently is to limit complete opening the water faucet.

Got nothing negative to say except my stay was too short.

The location was incredible. Close to major transportation hubs and right across from one of my favorite museums,the Cluny. We felt very safe, and loved the nearby Latin Quarter. It felt like home away from home in the heart of Paris???‍? More light on the stairwell.

Location, location, location! Super close to the Metro and walking distance to many museums. Comfortable, clean and a wonderful place to stay in Paris! The kitchenette was stocked well enough to make spaghetti and there is a grocery store a couple of doors down. Tiny fridge but it was sufficient. Very quiet with the windows closed. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. There wasn't really any place to put our suitcases other than the floor. The stovetop was a bit tricky to use. The stairs were slightly treacherous.

Very comfortable beds and excellent location . No crib for the baby, but we were able to find a crib through a different agency …

Ideally located !!! Easy to access, and very convenient. The room and bathroom were clean.

It was easy to find and navigate to the room. Location is perfect. Room in photos looked different when it was in real. I thought it was a hotel but its only a serviced room.

My stay was truly wonderful. The location couldn’t be better - close to everything and perfect for discovering Paris. The room was lovely and cozy, and I really appreciated having a heater that allowed me to set the temperature just right, which made it very warm and comfortable. The communication was outstanding: all my messages were answered very quickly and with great attention. I genuinely felt welcomed, and I would be very happy to return here on my next trip. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! I didn’t experience any issues during my stay. Everything was great.

Towels were still wet

Location is very central you can easily walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame and other shops. Room was clean and had all the essentials if you need to use the kitchen. Wifi worked well too. I had no problem with the door codes. My room was by the street and I didn't find it noisy at night. You can hear through the walls a bit.

Hi - location was great and to be fair I cant complain about the cost but I had higher expectations based on what the pics I saw on booking.com. I had higher expectations and access wasn't fantastic. 4 doors / codes for in & out.
