I traveled to Paris for a concert and stayed at Yooma, and overall I had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and so many beautiful spots along the way, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The hotel itself is absolutely adorable. From the moment you walk in, it’s bright, colorful, and full of energy. I traveled solo without kids and still really enjoyed the atmosphere, but I can also see why it’s such a great choice for families. The staff were some of the friendliest people I met during my trip. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and spoke multiple languages, which made things even easier for international travelers. My room was small, but that’s to be expected in Paris. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The only downside was the restaurant. I had dinner there one evening, and unfortunately the food wasn’t very good. Our waiter also forgot our orders a couple of times and even stepped outside to vape before returning, which wasn’t the best dining experience.

Nothing to be liked Very bad and old , not comfortable at all , not recommended

Games and play space for the kids were great. Location was fantastic. The elevators were broken. Dinner at the restaurant was not good.
-
Very convenient to major attractions

It was found before guest check in they didn’t check the room completely as hand wash case was empty. After reporting next day they filled that in. It seemed front desk staff wasn’t pro guest.

It was not cool enough during the Paris heatwave. We had a very rough night of sleep our second night.

It was disappointing ? Elevator didn't work, sheets smelled like an old sweat like it wasn't washed from the last guest, air conditioning wasn't working even after the heat wave and it was cool outside already. We opened the door but there were lots of noise from the outside. My family will not stay again.:

Great location near several metro, can see Eiffel Tower outside. Rooms were spacious Only one elevator was working and elevator outside didn’t work until my last night. It does let you know it’s a family hotel, so be prepared for a lot of screaming kids. The thermostat was temperamental but it did eventually cool off

Location (close to Eiffel Tower and transit) Nothing!
-
Outside elevator was not working, only one elevator working inside, no fridge in the room
-
One elavatir did not work, no AC in dining room

The arcade games, building block room, and the large tv for soccer games were all perks. Our room had a bunk bed that the kids enjoyed, but the steps to the top bunk were very well polished and therefore slippery. 1) our room was not available on time. 2) the AC in the room did not work well, leaving the room at 80F. 3) one elevator was not working and the other was very slow. 4) baggage storage was in self-service lockers and cost money. 5) staff were slow and sometimes inattentive (but always kind). 6) the sheets were extremely scratchy! 7) the location is just ok. It’s a 15 min walk to public transit, which is long without shade in a heatwave with small children. It’s ‘close’ to the Eiffel Tower but the building is not tall enough to have a view from the room.

The room was comfortable and clean. The kids loved the downstairs play area and arcade.

Air conditioning did not work when it was 99 degrees but they did give us 1 fan

Was given a handicap room and hate the bathroom!
-
Great location There were stains on the sheets when we first arrived. And when we asked for more Toilet paper they never came.
-
Bunk beds - perfect for traveling with a large group. Hard to communicate requests before our stay.

I like the fact they have a lot of thing to keep the kids entertained. like the room and the board games. I loved the pc/ gamer hotel theme. Extr abonus the staff was amazing! Food was not good at breakfast, the room was too tight but I do liked the bunk beds. Laundry was only coins.
