We loved our stay at Grand Summitt. It was impeccably clean and maintained. The pool was awesome for our family to play in. There were so many large soft benches for kids to sleep on so it sleeps many more. We will be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, We were able to properly relax and unwind.

Good times. Right next to Concert on the Slopes stage.

The walls were so paper thin or the cracks between the adjoining doors to the room next door, so big that in the middle of the night a child coughed and we thought there was a child in our room. The next morning the children next door were awake at 6:30 am running and screaming and woke us up. We were there for the concert so we had a later night and were celebrating our anniversary. The hotel did not seem overly full, so I’m not sure why we’re were placed so closely to an adjoining room. I understand it’s not the hotels fault that the room next doors guests were horrible and have no hotel etiquette, but the problem was why the huge sound problem. Too bad, as it is a nice resort.

Horrible Ending! After having a VRBO host (part of Expedia group) cancel our reservation on the same day, we were forced to make a new reservation an hour from our intended location. We checked in at 4:00 p.m. waiting in line for about 10 minutes and received our key. We spent the night in the room and ordered breakfast room service for the next morning between 9:-9:30 am. When breakfast was not delivered by 10:00 am I called the kitchen. They informed me that they had been trying to get a hold of me because they were not showing anyone checked into our room. We had not received a call. They said they would call the front desk and the order showed up 30 minutes later. As we were sitting down to breakfast the room phone rang, it was the front desk. Andrew from the front desk asked how we got into the room and that we did not have a reservation. I told him that we had made a reservation, paid for, and had a receipt for the stay. He wanted me to sit on hold why he researched it. I told him we had to check out at 11:00 a.m. so I would speak to him at the desk at that time. When I arrived at the desk he insisted that we didn't have a reservation and asked if someone had "slipped me a key," or did a staff member "just give me a room." I showed him the receipt from Expedia and he still insisted that we did not have a reservation. Another employee approached us at the desk. Both employees were yelling so we left. Still waiting for a response from Expedia.

Spacious and pretty!

It's a little hard to get in and out because of the parking (or lack of). When it's busy you need to wait quite a while for the valet to get your car. They have a garage lot but they said it was full during our stay. We were looking forward to using the steam room, but it was out of service. And we were also hoping to use the sauna, but were told that was only for spa guests and not for general hotel guests, so that was disappointing, as well. Overall it was a fun stay for our family!
