Weekend stay with the kids. We had a great time.

The lobby is really nice and room was very clean although it can use some serious upgrades that really didn’t bother me.. breakfast eggs and sausages were very disappointing in taste and quality and although I love Hampton INN complementary coffee always taste old like it’s been out all day. Also, please ask the kitchen staff not to stare at you the whole time you are fixing yourself plate! Would I stay again? yes I would but only if the place is very reasonable considering how horrible the breakfast was..

The elevator was out of service, I used another side elevator that was meant for Hilton hotel

Modern and clean Was put in a handicap room when my reservation never said it was a handicap room. One of the room service people tried to clean our room while we were still inside before 11am. I had to say yes we are still enjoying our room. They should have never attempted to enter if it wasn’t after 11am.

The room was clean and spacious, a bit outdated. We were not able to adjust the air conditioning, the thermostat didn't work, it was either on or off. The breakfast was good, no complaints. When we checked in the staff was cold and not very inviting, the staff after that was fine some were very helpful.

Got there just before 3pm for check in and didn’t get a room for about 40 minutes. Set us way behind on getting to the city. Also didn’t know parking was $15 til we got there. Never seen that before. Bed was comfy though.

Convenient for where I needed to go The rooms are very dated and mine had a terrible smell to it, a very musty smell that was not pleasant

Nice pool area. Only one working elevator and the hotel was full so a little slow at times. Clean breakfast area and lobby. Breakfast was good. Very convenient location for softball tournaments. Lots of food options.

Very helpful staff Room was dirty
-
The lock on door was broken so had to switch rooms

This location is tucked in a commercial area but is close to restaurants and shopping. It’s on the opposite side of the Hilton and the two different buildings share the indoor and outdoor pools. Breakfast was what you would expect with some different choices each day. The rooms were clean and staff was pleasant and helpful.

The room was clean and the breakfast was adequate. Do not stay there during graduation week.
-
Rooms needed some changes: more light, tv remote needed new batteries; the hot water was NOT hot, only tepid thruout the hotel in the morning. Only one of the two elevators was working.
