To that, I find the staff full of attitude and very unhelpful. Upon checking in, I stood at the desk in front of the young lady that was in duty for about 30 seconds. This may not seem like a long time, and I am certainly not going to exaggerate saying, ‘I stood there for five minutes’. In that brief clip of time she was so engrossed in her texting, and yes, I could clearly see the screen, that she failed to realize that I was standing there. When I politely said ‘hello’ I was met with a finger, that I interpreted as ‘wait’. Not acceptable! When I said to her, ‘hey maybe you can do that later’, I was met with such attitude, that if I and my family was not so tired, we would have left and gone somewhere else. Is this how you treat returning customers. Outrageous!

The property was clearly an older lower quality hotel that Hilton purchased and tried to revamp. It was connected to a Hampton inn. The stench of you smelled when you walked in lingered through the entire hotel. The elevators were sketchy and dirty. The rooms carpet smelled like someone spilled spoiled milk that someone put carpet cleaner and vacuumed. There was rust around the bathroom, no light in the bathroom light fixture. Their wall behind the door felt like if you pushed it would cave in, the pillow had stains on! I stayed at plenty of Hilton hotels, resorts, etc this was not up to their standard and did not meet our standards. We did not complain as we were running the entire time and just literally slept there. We may have stayed on the hotel for a total of 12 hours in the 2 days we were there. Then when we checked out they charged us a smoking fee stating they have sensors in the room that detected smoke. No one in my families smokes and never has, the only smoke in the room could have been from my daughter blow drying and straightening her hair. I am so disappointed with Hilton, and they way this turned out! The staff are adamant that their device is 100% accurate and fail proof so is that has never smoked is being charged a $300 fee! I will never patronize Hilton again if they do not correct this because honestly they shouldn’t just give back the $300 smoking fee but credit the entire stay because it was not as advertised, definitely a bate and switch!

They dont have any trolleys to get your luggage to the rooms. Some workers dont seem to speak English and communicate.

During the night, a couple in a nearby room appeared to be having a serious physical altercation in the hallway. We could hear yelling and what sounded like people hurting each other. We contacted the front desk, but the response was not helpful, and it took a very long time for law enforcement to arrive. The next morning at approximately 8:30 a.m., a housekeeping staff member opened our room door without knocking or announcing herself. We had to yell for her to close the door. It felt as though staff were rushing guests out rather than respecting their privacy. When we left around 10:30 a.m., there was shattered glass outside our room and the neighboring room, which appeared to be related to the disturbance from the night before. The area had not yet been cleaned, creating both a safety concern and an unpleasant environment. I also wanted to speak with a manager regarding these issues, but I was informed that no manager would be on site until 12:00 p.m. Overall, this was not a positive experience. Between the safety concerns, lack of responsiveness from staff, privacy issues, and poor follow-up, this stay did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property.

Everything was great but then all of a sudden we get charged 1

The hot water wasn’t working in our room and an engineer came to fix it, but it still didn’t work after that. There was old sushi left in our fridge that we found at 10:30 at night and it stunk up the room. My fathers room was the handicap accessible room and the elevator next to the accessible rooms wasn’t working, so we had to wheel him the length of a football field to get to the front only working elevator. The breakfast was the lowest quality breakfast I have ever seen and it was $25! Free breakfast at all other hotels is better than this. It was honestly a disaster of a stay. And, when we complained , there was nothing acknowledged and no accommodating made. I have stayed in hiltons in the past that have made their mistakes right. This one was a disaster. NEVER again.

We stayed there for a dance competition, the hotel is well decorated, good amenities, staff was nice and accommodating and the room was clean

Nice place..the staff was friendly, but I was taking a shower and the hot water never came up..only slightly Luke warm water did..it wasn't a pleasant experience, but I decided not to say anything to the front desk because I was running late.

The staff was incredible! Helpful at everything I had asked for! I will definitely go back! The night staff when I checked in AMAZING! Had me laughing and taking care of check in all in the same time!

Everything was fresh . The buffet was closing in 11 we came at 11:10 and they still kept everything for us.
