Unclean and terribly maintained property

When you first walked into the office, it smelled terrible. It was filthy. It was gross. The man behind the counter was not very nice nor helpful. Once I checked in and went to the room. The room was deplorable. There was filth on the bed. There were stains. There was hair on bed.The floor was disgusting. The room in the picture online is not what the room look like. I ordered a king size bed, and that bed was not able to accommodate me or my daughter both of us in the bed together we decided to leave literally 10 minutes after getting there it was disgusting

Nothing, the worst experience I have ever had in my life. It center of alcoholic addiction and drug dealers. The rooms and carpets were the dirtiest like has never been cleaned. I had a nightmare sleeping there i had to sleep on my tiny blanket because the bed was dirty and I saw a yellow stain. Everything.

Bathroom had hair on the corner of the previous guests We didn’t even stay our whole stayed. We changed and pay somewhere else.

This place should not be in business. The room has mo lights, roaches crawling in the walls and it smells like urine. We asked for a refund. I would never recommend this place even with an upgrade.

this place sucks. the reviews must be bought because it’s genuinely just a trap house. there are roaches stuck on the walls in the bathrooms. hallways smell like crack pipes. people outside in front that look like they sell themselves. yea. just overall a nasty place.

Ac is not working light is terrible big hall on bed smelling very bad front desk is too rude

The only decent thing about our stay was the air conditioning. The room was not very clean, and the microwave was broken. We requested a replacement four times over the course of our two day stay, but one was never provided.

The hotel was overbooked. I had a paid reservation, not for some reason the hotel manager decided to give my room to someone who didn't have a reservation.

Ok so let me start by saying the room was a nice size, sliding doors to balcony, kitchenette with cooktop fridge micro and kitchen sink. Bed was super comfy, water was hot. Now the bad… tv glitched in and out constantly, the room smelled weird and the hallway smelled like human feces…strong. But the MAIN ISSUE IS THE BUGS!!!!! Bring roach spray I’m dead serious, adult and baby riches all over the room hallways and stairwells, in the stairwells the cockroaches are just out in the open, some dead some alive and crawling. It was honestly the grossest thing ever, no bed bugs but still. It’s a shame because it could be a great little place if they got rid of the bugs, replaced ALL THE CARPETING with tile or something to that effect. They are definitely due for a makeover

They can take more pride in their property, Television didn't work at all. Uncleanliness, Noise throughout the property. The timetables did not match the reservation times at 2:00pm -12:30 pm. When I arrived, I had to wait an hour to check in and check out time was an hour and a half later, so check in was 3pm-11am.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. There was a cockroach on my door when I opened it, then a dozen more inside. Garbage on the floor, it smelled awful, and it looked like the locks were going to fall off the door. I checked out five minutes after checking in. Just terrible.

This hotel was so bad we checked out two days early. Don't be fooled by the pictures! This hotel was the worst I have ever used. There was no breakfast, or at least if there was, the staff did not say a word. Actually, I probably would not have trusted the food/cleanliness anyway. They want you to stand at a window similar to a bank teller window, to check in. They were shocked when I walked into the office to check in. We only were given one room key. We had a second floor room during the heat dome over NJ. The wall AC unit could not keep up with the heat coming from the ceiling. There was no phone in the room! So don't bother trying to contact the desk. The floor was not clean so I wore my sneakers to the shower. Speaking of showers, there was no hot water. The white bath towels had streaks of black running through them as if they had been used previously to clean a car, then washed but did not come totally clean. Towels supplied were minimal. Best thing you can do is stay away. Go to the Holiday Inn Express not far away! It was much better there!
