Awesome staff, great buffet!!!!

This hotel was close to everything that we needed easy access to. It was central enough for my family members and us to meet up at the great restaurants nearby. The place was clean, smelled wonderful and had a great fitness room so we could continue our exercise routines. Nothing. The place is great!

My only issue was the air conditioner. I could not adjust the temperature, and felt cold all night.

Location & Unable to smoke on Balcony. Its the only reason I booked a room with a Balcony. So an absolute pain having to go out of the building

Amazing friendly staff and clean comfortable room Traffic noise was very loud during night

The staff are courteous and polite. The hotel charged me a deposit of P3000/night though Ms Grace assured me it will be cancelled by the hotel and confirmation will be sent via email, which was my first experience of deposit payment not cancelled during check out.

Very convenient location and staff are wonderful The rooms are old and dusty. The pillows and beddings smell musty. The faucet in the sink is busted so every time we use it water gets every where. Food is horrible for its price!

All is good in terms of the extra bed we had purchased. Its above my expectation because I thought this is only a small bed. Kudos to the management.

The room was nice They try to charge me for smoking in the room 15000 pesos I am non smoker .. they did try to find evidence in the room … Of course they could not find any thing. I was just about to call the police, as they would not let me go .. So it’s be very carful … they try to rip you off big time
