Friendly staff, very close to LRT. Plenty of food options available within walking distance. Rooftop terrace & views are great. Aircon was fully functional and strong. Free, clean water is a huge binus

Friendly staff, very close to LRT & MRT, plenty of food options available within walking distance. The balcony views are great. Aircon was fully functional and strong. Free, clean water is a huge bonus Hotel guests are asked to pay the food/drinks bill after every meal. It's much more convenient to have a credit and pay the bill all at once upon checking out or the day before checking out. Sometimes the restaurant is randomly closed during posted business hours.

accommodating staff I love the bed I had a hard time locating the place when I first arrive because it was late already. Also because of the road blockage. But good thing when I called the hotel for help, one of the lovely male staff helped me. But overall, I love my stay.

The hotel was clean and i appreate the 6 th floor for open pantry and Open deck to relax even im alone The problem is that Upon check out ,they want to charge me 200 pesos for the dirty towel or stain which is unacceptable ..for my stay in 3 days they never offer to change the linen or towel then if become dirty they want to charge me ..And I was not inform before i check in and nothing states in the Regulation or Policy ..I was Totaly Offended ..I was always Giving Extra /Tips for Room service and Even 100 exra foe the cleaner before I leave But It was Terible ..Im planning to go back hopefully becoz i Perfectly love the Hotel but all of the sudden upon check out I was Totaly Embarass ..They Ruin my mood and my Expectation ..

There is a rooftop terrace with an outdoor kitchenette available for use. Location is a disaster, it's hard to get a taxi to the airport because of a long running road closure. First Grab driver cancelled, second one had to be talked through by the hotel staff and then we had to walk through the construction zone through all the kerbside stalls and parked motorbikes with our luggage to get to the vehicle. Thankfully a staff member of Starlight helped with one suitcase. The aircon is very loud and the noise makes it hard to sleep.

Small but clean. The staff are very warm and welcoming. The place is near everywhere. Airport, malls, etc. accessible via public transport. Not soundproof, i havent slept well on the first night bec the outside noise are heard inside. Second night was better. Got used to it.

Staff is very friendly and helpful Not all facilities are working properly (socket, shower head), room is very small and location is not so good (chaotic and noisy street).

The accommodation was very comfortable. The aircon was cold, just the way we liked it. Food was very good. Staff was helpful and friendly. The noise outside was a little overwhelming facing the road. The food needed to be hotter.
