Staff is so nice.

Its unique stand alone design and identity. Chef William and the entire morning breakfast staff were amazing and hospitable. All rooms have an ocean view and are quiet. I wish the fitness room were capable of accommodating more progressive equipment, but there wasn't anything I didn't like.

Location is one of the best things about staying at this property, but the staff is also very nice and attentive. Rooms are well-appointed and very clean. Showers have great water pressure, which is appreciated! The pool is a little small, unfortunately. Though it looked nice, it didn't make me want to spend too much time there as there wasn't much room for personal space. Also, the Chinese restaurant on the roof always seems to have not really a good vibe. The feeling is always a bit unwelcoming, unfortunately, as I think the view would be quite nice up there. So, both times I tried to go there, I found myself turning around right after I got off the elevator.

Very nice property. Room service was great, but didn't have a chance to visit the pool or restaurants. Melia brand is strong. I have enjoyed staying at their global properties and I would stay here again. Very close to Soi 6. The Beach Club also looked really nice. Great location.

My room was huge and amazing! I really loved it. I spent lots of time by the pool which was a bonus! Food and drinks were good. It's a bit pricey for Thailand and the ceilings are oddly low in the hallways.

Staff are all friendly, the place is very clean and good location (just wish it near the beach) Breakfast could be better, more variety. We stayed for 2 nights and every morning breakfast were the same or feel like leftover?

Male head security guard could improve his attitude.

The hotel's bell and security service were exceptional. They were very helpful and responsive. The hotel is located on a busy street. The security guard is always around and helping guest mitigating traffic to safely enter and exit the hotel. The bell service is reliable and always promptly responds to baggage requests. The check-in speed is ridiculous. We stood at the front and waited 30 minutes to check in. The hotel room is also TINY compared to most of the properties in Pattaya. Although the hotel claims to be a 5-star hotel but it really isn't, given its amenities, rooms, overall cleanliness, and additional services. This hotel is very new, and we found many moldy and uncleaned spots throughout the bathroom, raising concerns for the sanitary standards. Simply put, it may look nice in photos, but it's not as nice in person. Breakfast was also subpar compared to many other hotel properties I've stayed at in Pattaya. Food is greasy yet flavorless; juices are all artificial with a lot of undescribable coloring that makes you really question if it's drinkable.
