Price and location good My motorbike got really damaged on the Parking and of course nobody knew what happened. No CCTV covering the Parking area. Found a dead roach bigger than a lighter behind the bed table.

It’s a great location if you just want to walk outside and be in the night life The air conditioning was terribly loud it worked but it was like a jet engine

Extreme noise from surrounding venues until 2 AM and later. I'm a sound sleeper but this was intolerable. Receptionist was crabby and gave me a smaller room than what I booked.

Many thanks to the house keeping young woman Ms. Soo on the third floor # 301, she is an attentive, wonderful, friendly, accommodating and respectful young lady (helped me as an older man and never complained) and the house keeping in every floor (Ms. Maie was a good example of a nice smile anytime) and the reception people especially Mr. Boo (he will always be a good friend) and the night guy: Mr. Aie. Apologies for the name spelling and for the people I don't remember their names. You all make the hotel great. Just remember: heaven without good people is not heaven.

Very close to the beach and nightlife. Did get much sleep as my room was near the bars, but still a nice stay.

Sky bar is now closed, so no loud music, bed was very comfortable, and bathroom was very large, housekeeping was always there to clean if needed, once I had to have them clean twice, as I had a quest and needed the room made up a 2 nd time. Never a problem with the hotel staff, I asked to not let anyone to my room unescorted, and no one got thru the security. Old building, lots of cracked and broken tiles, but for the price, it is very acceptable.

The location was good. The hotel was a bit outdated. It could do with modernising. No restaurant, no kettles in the rooms. TV was ancient and terrible reception of channels. Only one light worked in the room.
