Nothing Staff don’t understand what customers say, specially in English. I got charged by booking.com website twice and I asked the reception lady and she can’t even understand the issue. Booking.com asking to check with hostel and hostel staff can’t even understand the customer problem. Lost 2 nights charge due to system error and no solution from either booking.com or hostel. Hostel don’t even reply to the message if we send

The TV did not work and I asked them to fix it three times. There were no toiletries (shampoo or shower gel). I informed them two times and in three days they failed to complete this task also. The first day I received two waters, after that, no clearner came to turn over the bed, clean anything in the room, or restock anything. No towel changes or bedding in three days. One the 3rd day I moved out and was willing to give up the final night/day because there was no electricity or water - all were switched off. No warning or notice was given. I made a complaint to Booking.com and asked for compensation. They said the accommodation failed to respond to their enquiries. Booking kindly gave me a refund from their pocket, as the hotel did not want to honour their promises. Stay away from his place!

If you are like me where you like watching TV on a bigger screen than a phone, DON'T book a private room here. Most of the private rooms DO NOT have a TV even though it sais that the private (non dorm rooms) have TV with cable channels. The TV will barely work, and you can bring up Youtube. My first bad experience was they gave me a room with no TV. When you complain they suddenly cant speak any English at all, they are from India. After I insisted on a refund, and a lot of complaining they gave me one of their best rooms with a TV and fridge. Then I stayed in the hostel for a week then booked another private room. They didnt have my private room with a TV available. I insisted on a refund and they refused. Than after all sorts of almost screaming at them they just stare at you. They finnaly refunded one night, and I stayed in the hostel and they say they will have a room with a TV tomorrow. Do not book this hotel in advance and pay online, they dont even reserve the room for you if you already paid!!!! The power and water both went out at the same time for 2 hours right around checkout. So all the hostel people and everyone else in the hotel had to poop into a waterless toilet, all building up. I almost puked. Where do you wash your hands, no light either cause the power was out. Just a gross disgusting experience for what looks like a clean modern hotel/hostel. They didnt have a private room with a TV, even though I paid in advance thru booking, when you ask for a refund they stare at you, and say we ll have a room available, just wait ✋️ Waited 2 hours, they just kept saying come back in 15 minutes. How can they run a hotel like this??? Coming from the USA Im shocked and awed by this 3rd world country behavior. When you ask for a refund they just stare at you and laugh. Other customers were arguing with them also, some people had their stuff moved from their hostel bed. This is the most dis organized hostel unless its in their favor.

Friendly staff. Pool table. Can get busy doing the holidays.

The place looks nice with a modern look and feel The staff were hard to communicate with and didn’t seem to want to help

Nothing Booked it because it had late book in nobody there to book me in. Had to deal with drunk Russian stocking me while waiting for someone, spent the night without a bed

If there is a person available at the reception at night time to board the room, it would have been better for the tourists. There is no lift to reach the 5th floor..

Big space for the room Room was 5th floor without elevator/ No proper parking space (have to park on the main road)/ The room was not ready at Check-in time/ Bed was so hard to lay down/ staff was difficult to reach out via phone call/ the Bed sheet wasn’t ready when arrived/ noisy of vehicles at day and night
