Noise, up stairs were too loud and every time the door shut I heard.

The staff are super friendly. They helped the kids found the wallet and provided assistace with toy repairs. It was a pleasant Stay! Definitely recommend a booking with them. Nothing to complaint. Can't ask for more.

The maids were understanding and helpful, the room is decent. There are much better properties for the same price. The paragon Grand just opposite is even a better deal The receptionist, she called herself Therappa. Buy I'm not sure if she lied, sensing my frustration. Chubby Thai lady with brown eyes. She is very very rude. Acts condescending all the time. I guess she manages the place. Even though the other staffs were nice, this lady spoiled the entire experience for me. She particularly acts more racist towards Indians. Over multiple instance I have caught her making rude and mocking comments about the guests in Thai. Thinking that I won't understand, she keeps doing this to me and others. I have used Live AI translate to understand every word. I don't recommend this place to anybody. There are roaches and insects inside room as well. People like her should be put out of business. Lol she had the audacity to charge 300thb for 10 mins of late check out. After fighting, he backed off.

The reception staff were rude and not helpful towards my thai wife, and only helpful to foreign tourists. Although when I complained to the manager she was very concerned and dealt with the matter straight away.

One of the only hotels I can find in Pattaya with proper hot water and the ability to take a bath. Also amazing comfy balconies which are cool, breezy, never directly in the sun, and have less mosquitoes than anywhere else. The room is also big and beautiful and this all contributes to feeling happy and truly on vacation. Mattresses are a bit hard, they should supply more than 2 pillows per bed, and hand soap.
