Overall the room was large, clean and functional as shown in the booking photos. Furniture and bathroom seemed a little dated but no problems. Good selection of tv channels. Walking distance to shops, beach road and Terminal 21 mall. Wifi was unsecured so I didn't use. The room was an internal room so the window viewed onto an adjacent corridor in the hotel, so no natural daylight and needed to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The AC was not thermostatically controlled so you had to manually turn it off/on to keep a comfortable temperature.

One of my goto Hotel whenever i visited Pattaya. Good location as within walking distance to Pattaya Beach, Shopping Malls, Restaurants and Massage shops.

Close to all places on interest on Soi 2 , Soi 6 and 10 min ride to walking street , quiet street and facilities are always clean as well as bedroom. Nothing .

The air conditioner is a bit noisy and can only be regulated in 3 settings. Got use to it blend of stay.

The staff at the reception and the cleaning staff were very polite and kind, and the hotel was well-kept. The sewage pipes were very tight and got blocked several times, which the hotel staff kindly fixed. The bathroom sewage water was also clogged and was running very slowly. The room's security box kept buzzing and didn't work properly. The rest of the facilities were good.

Hospitable and helpful hotel stuff. Beds and all the stuff in rooms are clean. Nice location for me, close to terminal 21, central marina and north pattaya beaches. Also close to main roads to walking street. Also, nearby the hotel, there is a nice small restaurant. Has the car park with available places. Good and attentive security, always awake and ready to open the door for you. This hotel has very old air conditioners which don’t have temperature controller. If you want to change the temperature setting, a personnel comes and disassembles the lower casing of the device and sets it for you and then screws everything back. That is so annoying for such a hotel with good stuff at a good location. Also, these air conditioners work very loudly, therefore, not easy to sleep. Also, you cannot change the direction of the air, because device is very old and broken. So, it made me sick at the end.

The rooms were nice and big. Lovely and clean. The beds were huge. Air con worked great. Staff were amazing. Bottles of water given daily. Pool area very nice Found it hard not having a balcony. It’s noisy at night with people in and out of their rooms.

Staff exceptional polite and helpful. Room was cleaned everyday. Used the swimming pool and facilities in the opposite hotel. II had some serious bites during my stay and when i sort advice in bangkok I was told they were bed bug bites. I stayed in room 215 might be worth investigating.
