Spacious rooms, green premises. There is a lot of greenery and squirrels. At Breakfast there is a vast variety of food. We loved the place a lot!

Fantastic location just across the road from the Terminal 21 mall which has one of the largest and cheapest food court on the top floor. Quite and clean and nice breakfast buffet and a pool in a nice garden.

If you hate nature, trees, and birds, don't stay here - go to Bangkok with constant noise, traffic and smell. Beautiful trees, and many beautiful birds that make noise all days. Beautiful pools. A beach in back most people don't even know about n/a

Very friendly and helpful staff! Rare soft and comfortable beds! Exceptional breakfast with a huge variety! Excellent location for shopping and restaurants too! Nice large pool with beautiful banyan trees for shade!

Checkin requested long form to be filled with passport of each person closely scrutinized and need to sign forms. Not sure if they do for all foreigners or only Indians. Payment for extra bed had to be paid in cash, scan or debit card was not allowed. Mosquitoes in room. Long walk to room. Quite an old property. Dirty sunbeds. Bathroom shower very old. Bathroom itself very old fashioned.

This is a gem of a three star hotel in a great location on the Dolphin roundabout, opposite Terminal 21. It is away from all the hub hub, bars, sleaze, etc, but close enough to access central Pattaya and Beach Road on a Baht bus. The pool is nice and has a child area. Breakfast is great and in a nice environment. We keep coming back here every time we visit Pattaya. The hotel and rooms have recently had a makeover, as it was looking a little tatty. On this trip, it was the bed. I booked a double room, but we got two singles pushed together. My half was awful.

Very nice lots of choices. Guest placing towels on sunbeds from early morning and we're not even there or using the pool taking them for themselves for all day. Very selfish. There should be a policy not allowing this so everybody can enjoy the facilities.
