Break fast should be buffet system

There was massive construction going on and i believe it will continue for a long time. I believe they are building a new hotel building jus few meters away from the present hotel rooms. The room was not only noisy from construction works, but even vibrating. It was imposible to rest there, I informed that i can’t stay in advance giving extra day for the staff, but they didn’t act acordingly. They offered me only one day compesation which is not acceptable. They shouldn’t provide with any services while such constructions are present, or at least they could inform about it and let the client decide wether it is acceptable and not to be charged for days you were already checked from hotel. The location and beach and the garden Rooms are very old need to be maintained and also towels and bed sheets were too old and too used and some where cut

Lovely place. Location is fabulous. Private beach. Staff is great. Would love to go back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury quiet stay in beach side pattaya.

Very happy at this place, beautiful! Big rooms , comfort, nice green area , pool and view. Very quiet! And very good transport service Thank you !!! I’m used to get buffet breakfast when you have many options, they have a menu where you can choose different combinations, and maybe that don’t give you the options to get what you want !

The resort is a small size cosy resort with a good sea view. It is also near to a few good restaurants and convenience stores for food and what you need for a short trip. The pool is small but set in a beautiful garden. If you are not looking for a big brand resort with a lot of guests, it will be comfortable. The resort provided a complimentary high tea when we checked in, and a takeaway snack when we checked out so it was really lovely. Beverage and snack are provided in the room for free too. The room we got is decent but some parts require some repair or upgrading. The room could also have some decoration to make the room more resort-like.

The garden is pretty much the only thing to distinguish this resort. It has a tiny pool with a bucket shower (nice touch) with a few loungers and sofas to sit on there. Otherwise it sits in a downmarket neighborhood with no real beach access. Rooms very basic but acceptable. Little to access other than the garden. Cosy beach is decent but hard to reach.

Very beautiful location with access to the sea via a private beach. Perfect for a romantic holiday with your partner. It is a little remote and you’ll require a taxi to Jomtien or Pattaya. The birds will start calling from 0500 and the room doors/windows will not drown it out so be prepared to be woken by non stop bird chirping. Equivalent to £10 for 5 items of laundry is Western prices and quite shocking. There is a laundry near the restaurant ‘Sunflour by Alex’ so use that.

Green area, birds, squirrels, as if you are in the forest. Breakfast is good. Complimentary lunch with ice cream and mini bar?? nice infinity pool specially at sunset ? please allowe smoking on the balcony. It’s really not comfortable each time walk to smoking area

Wonderful little hotel! Very quiet and not at all like the rest of Pattaya.
