It’s close to the beach and 7eleven. The Parking lot was very hot according to the air-con compressor exhausted hot air within the underground parking.

This is my worst stay in a 5 stars hotel the TV never works properly no wifi for the TV for five days i stay i didn't watch the TV even they come twice to my room trying to fix the TV wifi still don't work .....

Bed too firm, bedside outlet doesn't work.

Beautiful breakfast, lovely rooftop pool and bar, clean rooms and excellent location. Comfortable beds and peaceful place. Sharks in the aquarium in the restaurant are a novelty but I don't think they're living their best life.

CLEAN AND TASTY RESTAURANT. THEY WORKED SO HARD IN MAKING THE HOTEL PAR EXCELENCE. HOWEVER, THE STAFF FELL VERY SHORT. I MADE RESERVATIONS FOR THE CAB RIDE TO THE AIRPORT THROUGH THE FRONT DESK. THE APPOINTED TIME WAS 1:30 A WAKE-UP CALL WAS SCHEDULED FOR 12:00 AND 12:15. THIS WAS CONFIRMED THE DAY BEFORE DEPARTURE WITH THE FRONT DESK. HOWEVER, THE WAKE-UP CALL WAS AT 1:06, WHICH CAUSED ME, AN 84-YEAR-OLD WOMAN, TO RUSH AND STRESS. THE PURPOSE OF MY EXPENSIVE VACATION FROM THE UNITED STATES WAS TO UNWIND AND DE-STRESS. INSTEAD, ALL THE OBJECTIVES OF THE VACATION WERE NEGATED. THEN WHEN I ARRIVED DOWNSTAIRS AT 1:25, I HAD TO BRING MY OWN BAGS TO THE FRONT DOOR. WHEN I HAD TROUBLE WITH THE HEAVY DOOR, A STAFF MEMBER RAN OVER AND HELPED ME TO THE WAITING CAB. IF I DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE GREVIOUS MISTAKE AND STRESS CAUSED BY YOUR STAFF, I WILL POST NOTES ON ALL THE TRAVEL SITES.

A little bit run down, room not clean

Excellent location with the beach steps away, great restaurants nearby, and a short drive to nightlife. Awesome roof top pool and bar overlooking the ocean. Rooms are spacious and fresh with large bathroom. Had to pay for coffee in the room. Had to find staff to make coffee at the coffee shop.

The location was very near to the beach and had good access to the nearby stores like 7/11

There’s a problem about the door and the bathroom. The water is not stable. The hot and the cold is not stable. And it’s too hard and a toilet and the light inside the room has a little bit problem. Cannot turn on some of it.

Great location, breakfast was awesome, beautiful pool and seating area Elevator was very slow and inconsistent

Nothing. Location is ok but not great Old. Most things in room didn’t work and tv are out dated. Room is small, not very clean and not worth upgrading to suite

Allow smoking in swimming area, air con temperature in the room is too hot.

Pool not functional for a month and no notice. The pool and rooftop bar are a highlight of the property. Additionally, one day the power was out to the entire property half the day. Staff was and is always great. The pool was letdown in perfect weathe

1. 7/11 across the street 2. close to beach but there is brand new construction 3. Balcony is nice BUT NO SMOKING 1.I booked this hotel months in advance. the day before I got there, I received a notification that the pool was closed SINCE MAY 29, 2025. I would’ve canceled and booked elsewhere, but that’s why they waited the day before….. 2. When I informed them that it was unprofessional to update me the day before I get there, ONLY THEN was I told that they rented another pool at a different hotel. so technically they weren’t gonna tell me at all 3. The specific room that I booked is a smoking room. The way you could tell it to smoking room because all the other option options say non-smoking. THE WHOLE HOTEL IS NON SMOKING! Which again I would’ve made different reservations. That is false advertising. I did google who fills out the hotel information on booking.com, IT STATES “THE HOTEL MANAGER IS THE ONE WHO MAINTAINS THEIR LISTING INFORMATION! So I do not want a reply later from the hotel inform me it is someone else’s fault… 4. I asked for a refund, then I was told I would be “upgraded” I got the same exact room I booked in the picture……. so I was provided false information for me to not request a refund. 5. Just like the other reviews stay, the TV in the room didn’t work. (I was thinking oh no, they would definitely put me in a room with a working TV) NOPE! If your TV doesn’t work, the Internet hotspot, they have connected does not work either! THAT MEANS NO WIFI! Even after the maintenance crew left, they told me the same thing it doesn’t work……………. 6. As the previous review state, there is no shower door to the shower. I put a towel down. BE CAREFUL! I slipped trying to go use the toilet. The toilet being in the same stall as the shower is very unsafe. 7. It’s 10 pm AT NIGHT, CONSTRUCTION IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THR HOTEL. They haven’t even started on the house yet. It’s July, so ANOTHER YEAR OF CONSTRUCTION WILL AFFECT YOUR STAY! 8. Not hot water for tub. I showered the whole stay.

Welcome drink Disappointing Stay Despite Some Positives Liked: The welcome drink was a nice touch upon arrival. Disliked: We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the service was extremely unbalanced. My appetizer and main course took so long to arrive that my boyfriend had already finished his entire meal before I even received mine. The building had a persistent unpleasant smell, like a sewer, throughout our stay. The doorman who came to collect our luggage at check-out was rude and unprofessional. We had requested a honeymoon setup in advance, but there was no special arrangement or acknowledgment at all. We chose this hotel because I was staying here, and several of my friends and relatives booked rooms as well to be close by. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations.

Aircon was set at 26 when we arrived.Asked for it to be lowered next day.Was lowered to 25 still too hot

Location is alright, the beach is pretty close so as seven eleven and a few bars. The rooftop was pretty good, an alright pool, a nice bar and cool view. The hotel is just old, I don’t think it deserves 5 stars anymore, I would maybe give it a 4. The room wasn’t in best condition either, it was a little bit dirty and the view looked a bit different as well (not as good as the photos). Walking street, Central Pattaya, 21 terminal and all famous locations are about 15-30 min drive depending on traffic.
