Very noisy outside. Once a week a bar close by ,does karaoke, blasting speakers outward till 3am and nobody will wants to confront the issue. Property on other side of the street is trash everywhere along its fence and half of it comes from the trash cans of this hotel. An area this hotel should keep clean. Guy at door who helps with bags and cars in the daytime is rude with zero personality. I always say good morning and he always ignores. Maybe he should keep street clean till he agrees to smile. ?

Clean and comfortable and safe hotel very close to the beach. Staff are friendly. They have a number of safety deposit boxes to use for free to keep your valuables in during your stay. This provides an extra level of peace. Shower is very good and separated from the rest of the bathroom which is nice. Mini fridge works well. Wifi works well. Rooftop has a nice pool even. All this for a very reasonable price. Nothing really.

the location, friendly staff, very clean, easy to walk, or hop on the 10 baht transport, close to everything you need, parking across the hotel, 100 baht a day, friendly, helpful workers, i like almost everything, except the shower, not very warm, just, a very little, but ok, to use the shower,
