Location not 10 but 9 Cold stuff, no safebox in the room which is a must. The towel in the barhroom was like 5 years old

Close to amenities. Good location Reception staff was so rude No customer service. Even the coffee in the morning was at 9 am which we had to go out side and have. There is a hut (roof) near the pool on which one side night is not even 6 foot. And the bracket and hit my head. At least put a notice Bath room showers being modified. So we need to kneel down to have a bath.

Bathtub was painted and needs replaced . no face towels , no bar soap . No smart TV 's So dated and the young bellboy is a very rude person . I will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone .

Clean.Location was good. Close to beach. No hotel water for showers or shaving for 4 days.

Good hotel even it is a little bit outdated, but the people and safety inside are really good. Facilities also met my expectations. Bad communication with hotel if you need to rebook, change dates or do anything online, they dont answer or give limited options. If you need something urgent, dont except help from them.

Bed was very comfortable. Room smelled very badly of cigarette smoke. Staff showed me other rooms, but these rooms also smelled of cigarette smoke. The other rooms smelled less of cigarette smoke than our booked room though. We remained in original room, hoping that the room would air out. It did not improve.

Location I couldn’t sleep because of the mess the Indians was doing on the next door room . They were banging the doors every 3 min talking very loud , it was late at night around 2 am and it was going on on night long , they took girls there and they were angry on them and there was a kind of argue scream a big mess all night so It wasn’t a good experience, so I just stayed 2 nights .

The closeness to the beach area Very dark and dingy reception. No restaurant. No coffee or tea in room but free in reception from 9 am to 13.30 pm
