I love the people who worked at sandy springs they were always friendly and always helped if I needed something and the protection to making sure everything was ok was excellent. Also the location was perfect for me I didnt like how uncomfortable the beds were. You cant tell by pictures but once we got there to find out it was to late. Also my rooms ac worked perfectly fine but my friends room did not and once he asked can they fix it it was to late because all rooms were booked so he kinda just had to deal with it that was a downside

Location is very good in a quiet street with a bar, pub and laundry services within 50m of the front door. A 2-minute walk to the beach. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. NIL

For me two features stand out - the view from an ocean facing room is exceptional. The second outstanding feature for me was the staff. I have stayed at the hotel many times over the last 25 years - the last around 10 years ago. I was surprised and delighted to be greeted by the Receptionist with "Welcome back Mr R.." The Staff were terrific - among the best I have encountered in my 50 odd years travelling the world My room was a bit tired- The room had the same fit out as I remember it 25 years ago

Staff all very friendly , pool area nice, rooms comfortable and cleaned daily- 24 hour reception very helpful maybe put the room service menu in every room with the menu options numbered so it is easy to order
