Its location was ideal for walking or short Grab access to tourist attractions. Also, I totally enjoyed swimming laps in the 25meter pool!! 1. The AC in room 209 does not work well in removing the humidity from the room. 2. The rain shower head needs to be replaced with a flexible shower head.

My 10th stay - favourite hotel in Pattaya Shabby room this time

Huge warm pool, very easy walk to the beach, nice breakfast,, very quiet Low water pressure in the shower, but adequate.

Close to pattay center Hot tub didnt work roght the screen broken they rogged up swotch blacl mold on the thick sealant that pulled from wall and it was the home of cochroachesunder tub

A pleasant find in the centre of Pattaya. Grounds lovely, but could do with more attention. Rooms very basic. Swimming pool fabulous. Garden area is peaceful from the chaos in the street. Staff courteous. Breakfast delicious. Pillows on the bed too hard. Rooms could do with better interior decor. Gardens need more attention to detail. No gym.

There was little I liked, unless you wanted to be in the very center of events, parties, festivals, whores and drugs. If that's what you want, then this hotel is a great choice. The list is very long. -The pictures of their most expensive accommodation are as if it were a 5 star accommodation... minimum 4 stars. The reality is that it is a 3 star accommodation at most, and in many ways a 2 star at most. -Their most expensive apartment was the best maybe 20-30 years ago. Everything is worn out. The laminate on the floor is falling apart. If you don't walk around in slippers, you will cut yourself at 100%. I tore two of my socks. - Your water pressure is 15% - Internet varies from 0% - 15% -30% - The apartment was on the ground floor by the pool. You have free noise from the kitchen workers at 5:30-6:00 AM and until the end of breakfast at 10AM. Breakfast is on the terrace. They constantly pull some old carts, bang plates, pots. All of that is free. - I was in the apartment for almost 1 month. The first time the cleaner came after 10 days. After that every time after 3.4 days. So, a maximum of 5.6X. On the final bill they charged me 2000 baht extra for the cleaner. The cleaner is probably not included in the accommodation price. - One night the light from the ceiling fell on me and the bed. + A few cockroaches. The Knauf was obviously old or everything was poorly made and worn out. Luckily, they didn't charge me extra for that. - The pool is never cleaned of leaves and flowers.... After half a day - a day it manages to clean itself. The pumps work slowly but somehow manage to. - it's interesting that you pay for an apartment for two people with breakfast, but when you bring another person, who is on the night shift, she is very rude to that other person on several occasions. I guess they don't understand that when you pay for something, you can also use it??? - the air conditioner is always above the bed, like everywhere else in Thailand. Be sure to bring your own medicine, everyone gets sick 100% of the time, even Thais.

it is close to the beach. The bed was harder than the floor. when your walking outside your room be careful you don't fall through the deck. Way over priced for what you get.

Swimming pool and central position on Pattaya beach. For whom with PETs there is a specific area for them with dedicated swimming pool too ? The structure is a bit old and should require more care in the common areas to be nicer. There is a potential but is unexpressed.
