The hotel is located in central Pattaya. Easy access to nightlife and the beach. Good bits. Friendly staff, the room is cleaned every day. Excellent aircon Super fast and reliable wifi Two small bottles of complementary water. TV - usual fare The pool is small but clean and well maintained Things that could be better No safe in the room. Safe deposit boxes are available at reception. No tea making facilities. Not even a kettle. Hot water and coffee available in the lobby. Hard bed Shower works fine- but no hot water

Location was awesome nearby all the famous landmarks. Staff was literally wow. Free coffee and the cleanliness was like incomparable . All in all it was wonderful experience staying in the hotel.

Very friendly staff and a spacious place, near Beach Road and Second Road but quiet. The pool area is very open and chill. I had a great hot shower. This is a traditional Pattaya hotel but although centrally located, very quiet :) matrass a bit hard which is fine but I had a sore shoulder (injury) and would have liked a softer one.

Very clean pool :) Hot water mixer needs constant adjusting but is not the end of the world. No lift as it is a 4 story building. Coffee and hot water for breakfast available at reception only.

Well located & nice swimming pool to refresh in at the end of the day. Staff helpful. I have stayed here for many years & they are continually doing upgrades to the rooms etc. which is nice to see. Value for money if you don’t need super luxury is great. Short walk to beach & to Soi Bukhao Other guests from certain countries causing problems & complaining.

Nothing The facilities are old and dated. The smell of stale (mold?) air permeated the lobby, hall, and room. The aircon didn't work properly and the bathroom was in need of serious repair. The pictures are not a true representation of what you get. Booked two nights, we left after the first excruciating night. I don't recommend booking here.
