Convenient to why I was there The bed was just a box spring with a 1 inch mattress pad. Very uncomfortable, we went and bought a thicker mattress pad.

The house was really clean, nice furniture, water pressure was ok, AC as well. Spacious, with clieaninf everyday. Next to the Fairtex training center, which was the purpose of our trip. Do not hesitate. All the staff (reception, cleaning lady, handyman, Fairtex training center reception and maids) was really welcoming and professional. Terminal 21 is at 3min walk. Beach at 15min walk. All was good!

The location is perfect for access to Fairtex for training. We like this part of town too as a little quieter and opposite Terminal 21. Nice restaurants to walk to or easy songtaew ride. The staff were very good responding to any issues (eg, our door lock broke and was changed immediately when we reported it). The bed is hard! Our mattress had a dip in it which made it uncomfortable. The cleaning was usually very good but was poor towards the end of our stay for some reason. There is no curtain at the kitchen window which wasn’t a problem until someone occupied the house opposite and we looked straight into each others kitchen/lounge area. It’s great to have access to the gym and pool at Fairtex included but the cleaning standard there is not high. Particularly the pool with poor water quality, few sunbeds with some broken, and the toilet facilities neglected with bins dirty and not emptied all week.

very convenient location. The place was very close to the race venue of the event I attend. There are so many food and shopping options in the surrounding areas too. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful too. Though the room was clean inside, the outdoor common areas were not that clean or well maintained.

The room is spacious, there is a mini kitchen with some utensils, fridge and microwave. The bed is quite big as well. I was afraid of the door lock, it seems that it might break anytime and there is no second lock for the guests safety. The heater in our room is broken. The interior room is quite old.

This was a perfect place for us to be based for training at fairtex training centre The staff could not be more nice. So friendly and we definitely would come back The rooms were very bare and with bare minimum facilities however this suited us for the reason we were there. To train

It was a nice quiet place, good pool for swimming. No proper courtins in the kitchen. Bed had sharp edges to hit your legs.

Quiet location yet right next to the gym. Plenty of space inside and outside with own lovely garden with seating. Lots of good local restaurants and opposite huge shopping centre. Wifi and a/c was great. The kitchen needed more equipment than the one thin bottomed pot but staff kindly lent us a sharp knife and we bought a few essentials like utensils. No curtains at the kitchen window meant you could look straight through into the opposite house!

No staff or service at pool which seemed not to cleaned carefully. In that past trainers have been available in the gym and for yoga etc. but no more
