Thai Garden Resort

Nice room, nice pool and close by everything not too noisy and clean

In the original booking I booked a bungalow with a garden view I received a remote room a small room that cooked in the heat and sun. The staff knows that guests are coming why not turn on the air conditioner that will be pleasant for the guest? I made a mistake and therefore had to upgrade at an exorbitant price. The TV reception is very poor the programming content is poor.

And the music The AC WAS RUNNING LOUD.

Very spacious room with separate wardrobe /dressing area . Large bathroom Plenty of bench space and wardrobe space Swimming pool is huge (lagoon style) 5 different spas Plenty of covered lounges and pleasing to see that they don't allow reservation of lounges More and more hotels are doing this ,becomes so much better that there is always lounges free Well maintained Staff are pleasant Had 1 dinner 2 lunches and 3 breakfasts here . All good Pricing is up a bit but not over the top Have dining area for smokers which is good and areas around the pool that allow smoking so catering for everyone Next time I stay here will get a pool access room as it is a large resort and can be a bit of walk to other rooms Location near Terminal 21 so not that far to get on the Baht bus routes to get around Needed a late checkout 5.00pm .Not a problem have a half day rate which was fine All in all a very pleasant resort stay Parking is unfortunately not covered parking

Nicely kept grounds. Pool is massive. Plenty of lounge chairs (even considering all the Germans "reserving" them with towels all day long). The German food in the hotel restaurant is very good, and bottles of wine are fairly priced. There is very little shade around the pool and restaurant/bar areas (the umbrellas are inadequate). Mosquitoes in the room (they should provide a swatter/racquet. Pillows were old and worn out. The restaurant has no draft beer taps, German beers, nor even normal large bottles of Thai beer. They only have small bottles of Thai beers, and they are expensive (110-120). How can a resort with so many German guests not offer better beer options?

The pool is amazing, the place is well kept and maintained, the rooms are good, and to the hotel's credit, they upgraded me to a two-room villa, which was fun. Although I was next to a busy road, it was quite quiet at night. The hotel is very popular and is suitable for the elderly, but I saw young people, which is nice. At breakfast, it is very difficult to get in and out of the indoor dining room. It is difficult to get good coffee. There is a large espresso machine that is not in use, even though I asked for it and was willing to pay, but the employee there directed me to the regular machines that serve really bad coffee. The coffee was cold or it is not possible to get coffee because the machine is limited in its speed and they give priority to the waiters who bring coffee to the tables outside and I have to stand for fifteen minutes for a cup of coffee.

motel style bungalow next to the pool is nice, hard mattress excellent, good breakfast, great staff Some really weird guests with habits I would not want to be too close to. This is of course not a weakness of the hotel, for them it’s just a risk.

Air cons are very old and not functioning very well.

Buffet, shower pressure, live music/entertainment, air con, swimming pool, decor in the dining room and lobby, No elevator, no wheelchair access to the first floor, no golf car or shuttle, no sticky rice or larb on the menu or pad Thai, no salmon, no juicy steak, no Thai ice tea or Thai oliang/coffee, not Pet friendly, TV in the living room is too small, room is not soundproof,

The bed make a sound and not so comfortable. The room, you can smell smoke from your neighbors which smoke in front of their room.

It’s our repetitive stay! This place is an absolute tranquil and relaxation right in the heart of Pattaya city ! Everything ! Birds singing , garden , pool , food is great ! Location!

Second time we stayed here. Amazing pool and no fights over sunbeds, great location right next to Terminal 21, staff super helpful and nice, great 2 bedroom apartment ideal for a family. We will be back. Maybe a bit more choice with food, but it's easy enough to go outside. AC in the room was a little loud

We only stayed 2 days in this hotel, but I have to leave a very positive review. Beautiful hotel, the garden is a wonder, large, clean, warm central pool. Rooms come with a balcony or terrace. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet with a large European selection. Thank you very much and we wish you all the best from Hungary

We loved the perfect fantastic Garden, the hotel right in the heart center of Pattaya, everything is near by, the hotel area is so calm, beautiful and peaceful. It is very cozy, very classic , well taken care of. The Food at the restaurant is amazing, great choice, for lunch and dinner the way the serve it - is super! Saturday night buffet with live music - is a Must! Breakfast- very tasty , huge variety! We extended our stay for longer as it was so joyful, and will be back!!!

Excellent. Great location and good choice. Pool was fantastic and lovely and warm. Very reasonable price, clean rooms and the 2 bed room was very large. Great showers and the biggest bath I have ever seen! Staff were great except the check in staff male wasn’t pleasant at all. The two male staff at the pool bar were permanently surly. No idea why. Whereas the cleaners etc were lovely, smiled etc. however I highly recommend the hotel.
