I’ve lived in hostels the past few years and this is by far the best hostel I have ever stayed in. Property is just as advertised, clean, well maintained, and the staff are very friendly. It’s a treat to stay in a place like this and it’s well worth the price. A unicorn location. Power outlet in my bunk was a little janky, I had to fiddle with my power plug to make it give the juice.

Location is great It felt like a scam. Pictures from rooftop and bar are from different location that is called Toast. Has nothing to do with the hostel, as prices are high top-charged with service and tax fee at the end. Most importantly, I booked to meet people. Besides for a few undesirable, I have not met anyone there!! So even for budget stay, you can get a private room somewhere else with everything included. So bad deal when it comes to the purpose, as Pattaya is not a backpacker destination.

Everything, friendly service, nice location in front of the beach, nearby to 7-11, the amenities inside the capsule was also good enough for the price

The best hostel I have ever stayed at. Clean, quiet, comfortable, amazing staff, well designed facilities, private sleeping quarters, nice social areas, and is safe and secure. Located directly across from the beach with an ocean view. Also, it is beautifully designed with intricate decorations. It is truly an awesome place to stay! It would be difficult to suggest any improvents.

I didn't like anything. The bookind.com told us the Breakfast was included, but when we asked about it they told us it is unavailable in our Hostel. Terrible Receptionist & Poor Customer Service I had an awful experience at this hotel due to the rude and unprofessional receptionist. Instead of assisting guests, they mocked our questions and showed a complete lack of respect. Hospitality should be about making guests feel welcome, but this staff member made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, which ruined the entire stay. Management seriously needs to train their staff in basic customer service and professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and respectful experience. Avoid it if you value good service! Let me know if you want any modifications!

Comfiest hostel bed I've ever stayed in! More expensive than some hostels but if you feel it's time for a lovely mattress and private pod this is great.
