BoHo Bingin Beach

The property was in a good location for walking to yoga, restaurants, and shops. Daisy was awesome! Loved the rustic atmosphere.

Nothing at all Everything!

What a beautiful place to stay, walking distance to local food or fine dining, and also a 20 min walk into town if needed. Our room was beautiful, beds were so dreamy, so is the whole place, amazing for photos. The staff are super cute and friendly. Just what we needed, something tucked away from the hustle, quiet and serene. There are also motorbikes on every corner if you want to get in the mix of things. We loved our stay here.

The overall vibe of the property is very nice and relaxing, and the pool area was great to use during our stay. The design of the space has a lot of potential and would be very enjoyable if all facilities were fully operational. We would also like to especially mention that the owner was very kind, cooperative and understanding when we discussed the issues we experienced, and he genuinely made an effort to assist us and find a fair resolution for the inconvenience caused once he became aware of the situation. Unfortunately, during our stay there were ongoing electrical issues and maintenance works which meant that our originally booked room was not available upon arrival. We were moved to alternative rooms, and for parts of our stay we experienced lack of running water, electricity and Wi-Fi, which made it difficult to use basic facilities such as the shower, toilet and internet connection. Additionally, the initial room we were assigned was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with visible hair left in the shower from previous guests. After requesting housekeeping, the room was attended to, however the shower area remained uncleaned. There were also some delays in addressing the issues we reported, until the owner was made aware of them. There were also some areas of the property currently undergoing renovation, and the replacement bungalow we were assigned allowed rainwater to enter during normal rainfall due to openings in the ceiling. While we understand that maintenance can happen, these issues did impact our overall comfort during the stay.

The room was so absolutely beautiful even more than the pictures showed! I loved the stylish furniture and lots of natural light and the garden views outside just made me keep my curtains open for most of my stay. Also the overall design of the outside areas and pool just complimented the beauty inside the room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and any concern or request I had was promptly addressed. And best of all the beach and amazing restaurants were all just a a few minutes walking distance away! I wholeheartedly recommend and can’t wait to be back ?

This was my 2nd time staying at this resort. Absolutely love the friendly & helpful staff, excellent location, clean & comfortable rooms and beautiful swimming pool. Hopefully I will be back again one day!

Noise at night - hard to sleep due to animals noises, room worn out

Beautiful place in colonial style with a nice shared area where you can hang by the pool with the bar. Incredibly friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Fantastic service. Definitely recommended!

It was a beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of Ulu, it was so peaceful and nice to come back to after a long hot day and the staff are so friendly and caring. Also, the location so close to Beautiful Bingin Beach and so many great restaurants made it easy to enjoy my trip. Nothing..

The Ac was very bad and the smell of our room

I’ve stayed in hotels all over Bali (I live here) and I had a bad experience at this one. Decor is cute, staff is very nice and the rooms are a decent size. However, the hotel’s website says they have a bar and a restaurant- they don’t have either. Also the pool wasn’t working the 4 days I was there. With no bar, restaurant, or pool, I felt I wasn’t getting what I had paid for. After 4 days of gaslighting from the manager about when the pool was getting fixed, I asked to check out and get a refund for the remaining days of my reservation. Not the days I stayed, but the remaining 3 days after I checked out. Seemed reasonable to me, since they claimed to have amenities that they actually didn't, and I made my decision to stay there based on the amenities stated on their website and Booking listing. The manager was very nice and understanding, but then the owner or someone stepped in and was super rude and aggressive. Argued with me about how I could walk to a restaurant if I needed one (?) that the pool was only closed for 1 day (it was closed all 4 I was there), insisting that I was ending my reservation early because I had changed my mind about staying in the area (this was so weird) and that they offered me a refund but I refused to cancel through Booking (manager explicitly told me not to via text) I told them I had screenshots of the bar/restaurant website claim and texts from the staff about the ongoing pool saga, cancellation request lie etc. but was ignored and told I was a blackmailer if I left them a bad review. What Who needs that noise when you’re on vacation. I booked another hotel (with bar/restaurant and working pool) and left the drama behind Note: they take full payment of the whole reservation at the property, not through Booking.com like other hotels do, so if anything goes wrong you're on your own- Booking.com can’t refund your money.

The pool was so nice. The property is decorated very beautifully. The location is a 5 min walk to Bingin beach and close to shops. The staff were all very friendly. The wifi drops in and out, not a big deal for me but if you plan to do any work it can be annoying. It would also be nice if they offered more food options instead of just breakfast, for example when we were by the pool it would have kept us in the property & spending more money at the property if we could order lunch, snacks and drinks by the pool. The plumbing is also a bit weird, every time it rained a sewerage type smell would come out of the drains in our sink and shower.

The initial rooms were not good, a lot of moisture and issues with cleanliness and air-conditioning. We were upgraded and rooms changed. The new rooms in the main building were nice and clean, the pool is stunning and the staff are attentative and accommodating. Overall the stay there was nice and the area is fantastic, it turned out to be a great stay. I would say in comparison to other accomodation I have stayed at previously in the area, it didn't feel like great value for money. The bar area would be great if they had a menu.

The staff are absolutely wonderful! Kind humans who could not do enough for me. The property allowed me to check out late at no extra cost. This is very rare in Bali. The beautiful interiors are breathtaking. My room was perfect. I loved it here.

This was my second time here, both for 10 days + and I love it. The staff are so unbelievably friendly, kind and catered to everything I needed. It has such a lovely atmosphere and so comfortable., Great location too! They are doing some renovations and construction around the area (only during the day though) so it can be a bit noisy. But not disturbing for sleep
